I'd rather not give my personal email or phone number, sorry. I assume that you've read through this whole journal, because I've pretty much gone over my personal experience right from the first meeting with the guy at MMS.
A couple others have also posted their experiences. Lucky for me my prescription was for 1 yr, not 6 months like some of the others. I will definitely not be going through MMS again to renew though. I'm gonna go directly to Bodystream and save myself some cash.
If you wanna ask questions of me Wicksy29, I'd be happy to answer all I can, but your gonna have to do it through the journal please.
When I paid the guy at MMS the Skype appointment was 2 or 3 days later if i remember correctly. Once I met with the Bodystream doctor through Skype it was another couple of days before I was contacted by my LP and was able to order some meds. The whole process was actually pretty quick. You should be able to order meds by the end of this week probably.
Tip to others reading this:--DON'T SIGNUP WITH METTRUM!!!!!! They haven't had a steady supply since the beginning of Aug. I haven't been able to order anything from them in almost 4 months now. I don't know what they are doing over over at Mettrum, but I don't think they are growing much Cannabis. There is no response when I send them an email asking questions about their lack of medicine. All they have for sale is "TRIM". They are selling their shake for as much as 7.60$/ gram + tax + shipping. Its freaking ridiculous.
Add-on:
After writing the first part of this post out, I actually called Mettrum cause I was a little frustrated about the whole issue. I asked them whats going on with the supply issue? I was told by the rep that they actually have released new stock almost every week but sells out quickly. I should check the website more often. Really? I said. Because I haven't been getting any of the email notifications that I signed up to receive. I was told by the rep that Mettrum doesn't send out email notices anymore. When I asked why, was told they just stopped doing it. ???%*#@!!%^!!! I'm sure you can guess my thinking here.
I hinted towards the fact that the reason they stopped was because if they sent out messages to their patients, all of them would call at once to get meds, and they would be out of stock right away again. All of us Mettrum patients are having such a hard time getting anything from Mettrum. No denial from the rep. You can't get blood from a stone.
I told the rep politely that I was disappointed in the overall patient/customer service from Mettrum, nothing against her personally. Thanked her for her time and hung up. How disappointing and frustrating.
I sent in an email to Bodystream right after our conversation and requested to change LP's. Hopefully they will not charge me anything to switch providers. I think Its gonna be either Tweed or Tilray. Any suggestions anyone?
