100How many days was that?
Well now 4 weeks in the desert sun. What a difference a week makes. I topped both of them at the 4th node last Wednesday. Accidentally took an extra leaf from the short creme auto. It stunted her for a few days but has recovered nicely. The taller gorilla glue just kept trucking. They seem to be handling the temps in mid 90s and low humidity surprisingly well. I don't think I'm going to lst with the movement of sun across the plants the lower leaves get plenty of light. I will probably defoliate if needed. So at this point I am well pleased. At next watering I will probably amend with Geoflora bloom. Happy growing. Pics taken this morning just as they were getting the 1st kiss of sun. The leaves are not discolored it's the sunMarch 30th 3 weeks outdoors. I watered again yesterday with another dose of Geoflora veg. I'm happy so far. You can really tell which one is sativa dominant vs indica. I may accidentally discover which is more suited for desert grow time will tell.
Is that sunshine or are the leaves white?Well now 4 weeks in the desert sun. What a difference a week makes. I topped both of them at the 4th node last Wednesday. A full 30 days in the desert sun watered this morning with full dose of Geoflora bloom. The tall gorilla glue showing signs of flower. The short plump creme girl got stunted a little + she was kinda weird to start but she seems fine. Also the oleanders are bloomingWell now 4 weeks in the desert sun. What a difference a week makes. Okie dokie. We're at 35 days in the sun 42 days from sprout. This week has seen big changes. The scraggly gorilla glue is in flower buds beginning to form. I found an old tomato cage in the shed. I was worried about the wind and the gg girl. I ended up using the bottom rung on the cage as a spreader. It worked like lst opened up the center maybe she'll fill out with some nice bud. On the other hand the short but full creme girl finally decided to grow some legs. She too is showing early flower just a few days behind the gg. Also after about 12 days of temps from 92 to 99 and low humidity we're getting a break. Forecast temps next 5 days in the 80s and higher humidity. This mornings dew point was 55°. That's humid for the desert. Anyway pics from this morning. I just hope the excessive heat holds off another 8 weeks or so.A full 30 days in the desert sun watered this morning with full dose of Geoflora bloom. The tall gorilla glue showing signs of flower. I started a new indoor grow but I'll wait till they sprout to give update and detailsOkie dokie. We're at 35 days in the sun 42 days from sprout. This week has seen big changes. So here in the city from April 1st till Nov 1st we get irrigation water every Wednesday. During the winter every other week. So I was thinking (a dangerous thing). I'll open the valve a little more let it flood the whole yard. I was thinking the evaporating water will help with low humidity. Right behind the plants and in front of oleanders is irrigation ditch. That's how the oleanders survive. The water also drains to citrus treesOkie dokie. We're at 35 days in the sun 42 days from sprout. This week has seen big changes. Will doGood morning, Good day in the desert,, like you said, a bit cooler for a minute. Your girls seem to like the desert. Great harvest too!! Like BigD, I think you should elevate those pots off the ground. When you flood the ground it may release all kinds of things from the soil below.
Smile and stay stoneder
That’s looks betterDone
I should have done it soonerThat’s looks better
OK it's only been a few days since last update. The gorilla glue is plugging right along buds getting plumper by the hour. Now the real reason for this post. My creme auto sprouted with only 1 cotyledon. So she started slow but began to grow nicely. However the new leaf production was kinda wonky. The new leaves were wrinkled and then smoothed out as they grew. I didn't know if it was the strain, the desert conditions or a mutant. The 1st set of leaves with 3 fingers normal right. The 2nd set normal 5 finger leaves. Now she's producing 7 finger leaves. I know I'm still a newbie but that's a new one on me. So now I don't know what to expect. I do know she has a strong aroma. Touch and sniff and it's like wow. This girl is different but she's a pretty mutantSo here in the city from April 1st till Nov 1st we get irrigation water every Wednesday.
