Mcloadie's Second Grow Journal

Something I learned from DocBud not to long ago, The late flower cal/mag issue is usually not a cal/mag issue at all, it's a soil energy issue and some fishy ferts seem to really sort that issue out in late bloom.

I agree 420% with the "Oh,Look its shiny" analogy...lol

My purple prodigies just got transplanted into brand new big girl soil, they were purple before and now, they are supposed to make purple buds...not stems...LOL. I'm not trippin, they are healthy and in a growth spurt right now, I cut em to make moms, so they can cruise for awhile. I told em at the grow store I burnt my plants and they tried to sell me ice cubes...LOL

I was gonna say that looked like a Ca def. How is your water? It looks like you figured it out though. If that perlite has too much Mg, that can lockout Ca. That happened with my plants before I got an RO system. My water is real hard and it was locking out the Ca.

My water has tons of minerals in it, need an RO machine....LOL, the mg perlite has nitrogen.

Did some lst on the rpv this morning, the branches alternate nicely, but with such short internodal spacing the branch after the next lines up with the main branches. So, I pulled all 4 of the lower branches in between the mains which should give them more light. Only loadies will understand that...LOL...Have a great day folks! Projected harvest date for ch9xpow33 and mexikush7y is march 6.

Welcome sillywilly, IDK about a recipe? Remind me better and I'll try to remember....LOL. Just remember bro, your light can't move like the sun does outside, so you're tryin to expose the flowers to the light...........know it and grow it!

Lovely sativaness....LOL. Is this that hibrix look? The whole plant is that healthy.

That Mexicola is cool looking!

I bet that burned clone is because there was a clump of something in the soil mix. As hard as you try, you'll never get a 100% homogeneous mix. The new growth looks great, so I wouldn't sweat it. I'm sure you're not either, and were just curious.

you take BIG clones!

The clump theory occured to me, or a badly proportioned batch of ferts..... they are a rockin and a rollin now! Ya, cuts are big, less veg time, just kidding, I have done em all sizes.
