you can toss the ball of cheesecloth filled with cannabis into a colander/strainer, press down with plate or cleaned bottom of a pot. you can also use a potato ricer..one I have looks like a giant garlic press..this will be messier though. :)

Hey everyone! Here are some pictures of my final baked products, as well as the recipes that are behind their deliciousness! :cheesygrinsmiley:


Lavender & Cannabis Infused Blueberry, Chocolate Chip Muffins

RECIPE​
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 3 tbsp Dried Lavender
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter - Softened
- 12 tbsp Canna Butter - Softened
- 1 cup Sugar​

GUIDE​
1) Preheat oven to 375*.
2) In a medium bowl; whisk together your Flour, Baking Powder & Salt. Set Aside.
3) In different larger bowl; using a hand mixer cream together your softened Butter, CannaButter & Sugar.
3a) Add in your eggs, one at a time, until fully combined.
4) Slowly begin to fold in your Flour Mixture, alternating with your Milk, until fully combined.
5) Add your Vanilla and mix until completely combined.
6) Using a spatula or spoon; gently fold in your Frozen Blueberries, Chocolate Chips & Lavender.
7) Fill your Muffin Pan slots 3/4th's the way full with your mixture.
8) Bake for 20-25 minutes. Once done let cool slightly before removing muffins, let completely cool on a wire rack.​


German Chocolate Cup Cakes with Coconut Pecan Icing

RECIPE​
- 8 tbsp CannaButter
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt​

GUIDE​
1) Preheat oven to 350*. Line Muffin Pan with paper Cup Cake Liners.
2) In an Electric Mixer on high; cream together your softened Butter, CannaButter, Granulated Sugar & Brown Sugar for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
3) Scrape down your bowl and lower the speed to medium; and add your Eggs one at a time, then your Vanilla until thoroughly mixed.
4) In a separate bowl whisk together; your Buttermilk & Sour Cream.
5) In a third bowl sift together; your Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda & Salt.
6) Alternating bowls; add your Buttermilk and Flour mixtures, beginning with your Buttermilk mixture.
7) Scoop into paper Cup Cake Liners until they're 2/3rd's full.
8) Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to completely cool and add Coconut Pecan Icing.​

For the mashing process, I would think a ricer would do the trick. Thinking about it, that might work better if the cannabis powder was in multiple smaller wrappings of cheesecloth. But that might make it easier to handle anyway. Hmmmmm. You have me thinking now.

A large scale Garlic Press....... That seems like the move to me!

I have a large lever juicer that I could possibly rig into a large Cheese Cloth presser... Looks like we all have some ideas to roll around in our heads :cheesygrinsmiley:
 
like roasted garlic?? roast whole bulbs with tops cut off, drizzled with olive oil, sea salt, roast...toss whole bulb into potato rice..you have roasted garlic puree..

of course..like any other oil. i would use low heat and longer to infuse olive oil. 250.F

i will make canna pesto ..got to get my basil seeds going..will be grown in Doc Kits soil...amazing herbs..all of them in that soil..
