I have a plant that I started out on chemical nutes, its in soil, but I have quit using the chemical nutes and flushed them and have just been on water. I am into flower right now and would like to put in some Organics and was curious as to what NPK I should have during flower and what are good sources of it. I know I will need nitrogen so I was going to pick up some dried blood because thats all nitrogen 12-0-0 but what else should I get for the Phosphate and the Potasium? I hear bat-guano is good, but do I want it right now?
ahhh yes brett... that would be my area... i'm all about the blood meal... that's my source of N... as for P, bone meal takes care of that... i think it's 1-13-0... and for K, I use potash... a lot of different brands have different kinds that break down at different rates and whatnots... you use a lot less of the K, since potash is something like 0-0-60... all you need really after that is the secondary nutes

Hey MV...

havn't seen you around...hope u gotten over that sickness :smokin:

I was just wondering...when i'm in late flowering can i clip some of the fan leaves off the side buds to allow extra light to the lower growth?? The plants are in a pretty small space and are really growing wild..

anyways man :allgood:
If you do that, then you are inhibiting the bud growth. Each time you cut a leaf, the plant expends energy to repair itself, which takes away from bud development. As in nature - only the strong survive! Most buds WILL turn out fine. There is such a thing as too many buds for a plant to survive, so its always nice to have those few under-developed ones underneath. Besides they are excellent to use for some of the other mmj bi-products, ie: cannabutter. If every bud was meant to develop then all strains would have developed a better stem growth to hold up all the weight. :smokin:

AND YOU ARE ONE HELL OF A GROWER TOO...
LUV LOOKING AT AND READING YOUR THREAD (WOW)..
HOW MANEY MEGAPIXEL IS YOUR CAMERA ?? THE PICS. ARE WAY HOT..
KEEP IT GREEN..
P.J. OUT :sasmokin:

We have a 3.0mp, a 4.0mp, and a 6.1mp, camera. Most, but not all, of the pics are taken with the 6.1mp. And some are taken with the other 2. It is all in how you shoot the photo. I am saying that the 6.1 doesn't take a better pic, it just offers more clarity with a sharper image, which is a more desirable photo. Anyone can do pics, you have to learn your camera.

Thank you, we are doing great, thanks for asking! It's great to talk to you again. Your grows are going pretty good. Keep up the good work!
Wait till you see the next pics! Some awesome shots.

Ok I will try to get back in to the swing of things...:hmmmm:
Here is a White Widow that I have put back in to re-veg that is why the leaves look some what dying but really that bud is getting ready to start growing again and I want the clones form it if it comes back really bushy I will take the clones off it and flower it again but if only a few buds come back on with growth then I will take the best clones off it and then kill the plant... :cheesygrinsmiley:

Only the strong Survive...!:smokin:

Flowering we run Alaskan Mor Bloom which is 10-10-0. He doesnt give them anything sometimes 2 weeks and sometimes up to 30 days before harvesting. They get strictly water at the end.

You can use whatever sources you have at hand or available. Just watch your plants when you give it additives of any kind ...they will tell you if it is too much or not right.

Well, we are pretty busy this time of year, with work, and extra family for the summer, and stil trying to do all we do and we have to have time for hunting and fishing and growing and playing, yeah - especially the playing!
But we haven't forgotten anyone here and we are trying to get some new pics and stories for all.
