I like how almost all of them have a different, unique look. The Bomb is still my favorite and I can see shes catching up and quickly. Lovely, all of them, even the runt.
I've always been one to favour the runt. They have more character
Thc I've said from day one will be the most potent. And potentially the most dense.
THC Bomb is a cutie, but CK2 is delicious too
@growlover420 Pretty sure that is white clover. In LOS(Living Organic Soil) it is beneficial to the soil matrix. Read up on LOS (many journals on the forum) to find out exactly what the clover and other plants do to help the soil.
Welcome growlover420, ya probably won't find a better community then what's going on here. I think you'll enjoy your education. There are a lot of highly intelligent and unselfish members who love to help those who help themselves. So, pull up a chair and get to know your way around. It's starts slowly, then before you know it you're fully vested and doing something most can, but won't/don't. It's a great plant with millions of applications. Dam shame our government decided it was bad, and pharmaceuticals and the like are fine and dandy.
Yes, the clover helps the plant grow. Gives it company
Thanks for checking in, enjoy your stay!!
Slow news day,, they just grew. More.
Very Beautiful plants I have a ? What is growing with the CK2, CK3, CK4, CHEESE CADNY. 3 leaf clovers? Are they beneficial for the plan or was it an accident I've been trying to research any beneficial plants to grow with my MJ plants when I start growing and was just wondering if it was at accident or if it was on purpose thank you very much for taking your time out of your day to answer my question
OK, pics for the weekend, before they start to take off....
I'll give you date since first true leaves or age; and the measurements in inches the last four days...
CK1 18 days 7.5 8.5 7.5(LSTd) 7.5 inches this morning:
CK2 18 days 7, 8.5, 8.0(topped) 8.5 inches this morning -- I've compared the growth on the 4th node where I topped, to one that I didn't (same stain) and that node set has the same growth,, not much slowing down from what I can see:
CK3 18 days 7.5, 9, 10, 11 inches this morning -- best of the bunch in a 3 and 5 gallon can:
CK4 17 days 1,2,2.5, almost 3 inches this morning, my runt, same size as all my same strain plants last grow:
Candy Cheese 20 days 7,8,9,10.5 inches this morning -- see some pre flowers:
THC Bomb 19 days 5, 7.5. 8.5, 7 (LSTd) inches this morning:
Pretty amazing growth, and this is the first trimester!!!
That is the one I topped. It's doing awesome. I'm very tempted to LSTd, but I think I'll leave it alone.
I didn't dump the SWICK setups because they didn't work or there was a problem. In fact, I think it helped get more roots down low, and with all the root mass I had down there I figured giving the roots a little more room would be an interesting experiment. Plus, up canning like I did allowed me to use the milk crates to help train, and down the road to help hold bamboo stakes when the buds swell.....
Very happy to read this because I was thinking about root development and how the SWICK should encourage root growth. The roots grow to the side and then down. In my opinion, the easy access of water should result in massive roots.
Also, great idea about the milk crates for future tie-off points for bamboo. For training purposes in fabric pots Velcro strips are a dream.
