Sorry, but I am tired of reading all the whining about this train accident loss of lights. Excuse me but, I know what a dick looks like.

It is all about the "hurry" that some people cause on their own. It took a month to receive my order of beans from Spain. I didn't write hateful messages on a blog. If we wouldn't add the HURRY to ourselves and to our "suppliers" we wouldn't get so upset when something out of the ordinary does occur. Whining never helps any situation. In my opinion, Mars-Hydro and Sara have nothing to do with train wrecks. And to try to rush a "return" of the cash paid is not right. No, I repeat, NO online or local seller will refund any monies before the item is returned. To try to force a seller to do what is not normally done is out of line. Refunds will be returned when everything has been returned to the seller. I have experienced "hang ups" in deliveries many times. I never bad-mouthed any seller or seller's employee. Everything always was worked out to MY satisfaction. The seller wanted me to be satisfied with how everything turned out. Had I been unreasonable and rude the seller would place my stuff at the bottom of his, or her, to do list.

I have three Mars-Hydro lights. I like the lights for their price and how well they work in my application. I like Mars - Hydro products. Sara and her co-workers have always had my best in their dealings with me.

I have to say... in over 20 lights received.... I'm still here and a customer.... not every transaction was perfect.... but what wasn't... was quickly corrected to my satisfaction.... I too am really sorry you are feeling so much angst over all of this but I can assure you if Sara asked someone to take care of it.... it will be taken care of.... I would not have seen the humor in the ugly emails either but instead of beating her up over them when it was obviously after hours.... why not just wait until you know Sara will be on this site.... Sara as you know will be here by 9 pm eastern USA time and I bet ya she will have it taken care of for you.....:circle-of-love:

I'm now a Mars-Hydro customer and have been for a couple months. I couldn't resist the closeout price on the 'bay for the 100x3s and ended up buying three of them. :cheesygrinsmiley: I mounted them them in my 4x4 bloom room to support a DS XML350 by another company. I'm going to run them in the corners with the larger 330W panel in the center.

I realize I have been a 420 stalker for way too long and don't have a cool name or a clear understanding of how to post fancy blinking messages that engage the reader and make one feel like he or she should be tripping on something equally natural but way shorter with a tiny head living in poop ---> But I have to say (notice my static arrow) that I've been impressed by many of the MH employees who try their best to answer our questions and are so very obviously doing so during hours of the day when they should be home enjoying their own families and chosen vices <==== (upgraded backwards arrow) As my youngest would frequently chime in "Let's be nice now to each other" I see both sides 1) one is far away and gives us technology on the cheap so we can make friends and share medicine and 2) the other which needs the technology and maybe a different more relaxed strain. Peace - - I placed my order and hope to learn more posting skills to share more betta.

oh --- and do we know what Sara looks like? Cause with a name like Smoke Sara and her fancy blinking texts, every word I read sounds sultry smooth and smoking hot! Something is wrong with me!

Most of us love our lights that's for sure, but it's unfair to dismiss the fella's complaint just because you think he's rude. He's obviously miffed Lucy off but that's still no reason to consider it acceptable behaviour from anyone. I wouldn't talk to my dog like that, why should anyone else be expected to 'take it on the chin' and not voice their grievance? I like the fact that it's a good honest thread, but no need to shut people down over your own opinion :volcano-smiley::Namaste:

Hi Wildjim, we are still applying for the patent for our new Sun Series Cree light. This is the exact information I can get. Hopefully in the next two months, it will come out.
Plus, right now we are still looking for distributors for our new Sun Series Cree light. One distributor in every state in America and one distributor in every country in EU. When everything is prepared fully, I will inform all of you the good news!:cheertwo:

Of course at least I understand Sara, I work tech support and that involves alot of customer service. I try to provide the best service I can but some people make it very difficult and while I agree that she could have responded better no one should be judged based off of one bad report when we can see emotions were running high on both sides. I hope you and Lucy are doing well and hope things continue to improve!!!

Hi Sara, thanks for your care, it was really painfull and i am now able to work no more than 3-4 hours, but its slowly becoming better and better. Also thanks for your answer, i can see, you are true treasure for your company. I like the way you are communicating, so please is it able for future to communicate only with you ? I know you are hard working person with little time left, but if its possible i would like to work just only with you. I can see you are trully trying to do your best to help you customers, please stay on that level.

If i understand well, you are now sending me 2pcs 144x5w, if so, thats great, i will send yours 144x3w back also immediatelly, only need some adress where to send them to. If our problem will be solved by changing the lights, its absolutely ok for me and we can keep up our cooperation without any problem.

Cannot wait to your new Cree lights...hope they will be out soon.

I am checking with my colleague regarding the stock. As long as the stock of 144x5w in EU is confirmed true, I will send you the 144x5w immediately. I am truly sorry for this mistake. There is still chance for us to cooperate.
We are not afraid of mistakes and troubles. What we are afraid of is never to make mistakes. I believe from this lesson, we will become better and better. :circle-of-love:
As for our Cree led light, the leds are 3W but much brighter and higher quality than 5W. We are applying for the patent right now. The time everything is ready for this monster, I will announce to all of you, my dearest friends.:cheertwo:

Just wanted to say thank-you for the amount of information in this thread. I recently received a couple of 400w Mars II lights and will be starting my second ever grow in about a weeks time. I have a lot of strains to pick from but I will leave that for the start of my first journal. Thank-you all once again.
 
As i told Sara, i like you, and i would like to work with you in future. All this seems steps to improve our coop in future, so hope, there will be more and more joy in future and less and less problems. I trust in it.....

About that reselling or distributorshop - you have my offer, now its only up to you...i will be honored to be your pickup place in Czech republic....only one thing (when you will be thinking about margin for resell, think about VAT also, cause in EU only VAT for lights is 21% from final price that has to payed to state than)

Thanks to you, we have more people know us, Mars-Hydro and we are more confident than before in our lights and what we are doing here. We are helping grower all round the world to save cost for growing and grow better. People will not tend to treat Chinese products as cheap and low quality. We are Chinese manufacturer and we can make it. :circle-of-love:

Right now, we are looking for distributors and offer local pick-up for our customers all round the world. The price is the same as our website, because we want our cutomers to pay what the light is realy worth. Don't boast and don't overcharge. This is principle that we are keeping and will still keep in the future.

DrVoo, definitely you will find many Chinese manufacturers offering you lowest price. Then you will have a lot profit margin from it. We are not the Best and Cheapest, but we will be the honest to our customers. I hope to work with you. At first, your profit margin is less, but for a long term, you will have more cusomers. :circle-of-love:

I received my Mars 2 1200w the other day and its faulty, the casing is damaged and the power cable is broken, I have made numerous contact attempts for an exchange and only received one reply stating that I should use my computer cable as they will charge me freight costs to send a new one! this is well within 30 days and the casing is dented and the prongs on the plug have been snapped off prior to being boxed and shipped to me! this is really stressing me out, was so excited to buy this and it cost a fair bit of money and I cant even use it!

One of my colleague shipped out the light without the money been received by the customers' E-check payment, however, our cusotmer made another quick payment (cancelled the previous unsuccessfully one for sure) to us immediately when he received our email even though it was midnight at his side. :toke: We are really glad to have such a exteemed customer.:circle-of-love:

This good deeds really saved the full day good mood for us. (I personally say thank you to you, you never know how important this to my colleague, one light price might mean her one month sallery):cheertwo:
