Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

jus ordered my 2nd 60x5, via amazon (300w, 140w draw) cant beat the price!! Now I am in range of 35gpw for my smaller tent..(32inx32inx63in):Namaste:
 
We stopped to sell the old white models as they are now only for competition on EB ans Amazon, we are selling them making minus profit, we don't know how long we can keep on selling these lights with still good quality, so we prefer not to sell them on our home website now. :circle-of-love: Just trying to protect our customers' right to get good qualified products from our main website, :circle-of-love:
Thanks supergroomer for filling me in and for the code. I'm just confused and slightly suspicious of these listings for a number of reasons. Firstly some of these units have significantly lower prices than listed on the website. Also one unit, the 300w with 186w true draw, keeps popping up but I don't even see a listing for a 300 on their website. A lot have white casing, as opposed to the black on their website. I suppose there could be legitimate reasons for these differences.. Anyone know?

While the 3-year warranty sounds ideal, if these 300w lights are legit at under $.50 /watt, i find myself very tempted to pick up a couple.

If you are talking about the old style 300, you are right. They have stopped selling them on the website. Sara said a few days ago that they were removing them because they were losing money on them. I am not sure how much longer they will be producing those light (or even if they still are :)) :peace:

The white 300w old style one on Cramazon are Mars/Hydro old model LEDs... and Super is correct... Sara posted a few days ago there were a few of them left on Amazon and they were selling for less than they could make them for so even if they continue to sell on Cramazon the quality will not stay the same as it currently is due to the price they are having to sell them for.... I too have purchasesd one off of Cramazon cause for the price they are selling for I don't care if it is only a years warranty and for fill in lights... it is a great light and I have actually seen a lot of nice buddage grown strictly with this light... I don't know how many are left for sale but it really is a good deal.....:circle-of-love:

oh ok being an older model makes sense.. now i reeally want a couple. at that price the warranty really is just a bonus.
btw, the ones on ezbay look cheaper

Hello kelticBlue, yes all of our lights will come with the hanging kits, not the yo yo :high-five:
This could be me not being able to see, but does the hanging kit come with Reflector LED Grow Light 96x3W? Not the 'yo yo' but the wire thingys.

35gpw? Grams per watt? Thought you meant watts/sq ft, but you're around 20w/sq ft by my math. Just wondering what you meant.
I think all the reflectors come with 4 hanging wires and two snap clips or carabiners. My 144x5's did.

Fri evening is their Sat. morning so by the time it was Monday there it was Sun night here... soo they got your order Monday morning so you should have your tracking number either tonight or tomorrow usually... sometimes the package is there before you ever have time to get the number but the service is always very fast.... Sara is just now getting about and should be on here very soon with a better answer.....:circle-of-love:
 
High all my Mars hydro growers, anyone still want the 48x3w/700w or the 3'11''tent? Hello DrVoo, really sorry about this, but when our website changes the title for 144x5w, we actuallly only have them in US stock, that is why we did not change the basic information on our website yet. :Namaste: We are now only upgrate the model to 5watt for free as we don't have full stock in each warehouses, and the price is for 144x3w one. The 144x5w ones will increase the price later when we have stock. :Namaste:
Please understand, though we want to ship the 144x5w lights to you, we don't have stock in EU countries so we can only ship the 144x3w lights to you. :circle-of-love: I always update the stock information here and I believe most growers here know that we only have the 144x5w lights in US in that time. :circle-of-love: Hope you can understand us as well.

thanks for your reply. Its quite difficult to explain to customer that he will recieve different product than he ordered. That is the reason my customer already left to competitor (he didnt want to wait). Thats why i asked for invoice to check if everything is correct. In invoice everything was correct, but than i get different product than i ordered. This is really not nice, when i unpacked box before customer, i felt like idiot. Its a shame, because if ligts would went OK, he would order in future much more...Now i have two lights laying on my shelf without any usage. I am used to inform my customers about any changes made in their orders, so i was expecting pretty same standing from your company and no words like i have to understand this or that. If you would tell exact info from beggining, we dont have to solve this trouble now. And really sorry that i am running bizz company and dont have time to read your all forums (where you have stock or not), i am somehow expecting, that if there is any change in order, so i would be informed by your employees about that and no to send different product and tell nothing.....I am quite disappointed....

Dear DrVoo, I admit, it was our fault, we should not change the title for 144x5w on our website. It is like a bonus now for someone who can receive the 5watt reflectors cause we are selling them without making any money. :circle-of-love:
I apologize for Lucy that sent the invoice with wrong information to you, as the website title has changed, she might also changed the invoice describtion to accommondate with the website words. :Namaste: It is a understandable mistake. But we will notice this and make sure to ensure every detail information with our customers to avoid the trouble. :Namaste:
I believe the light 144x5w will be available soon, if your customer cannot buy from you, he cannot buy from us either. If he is a big customer, I am sure he can wait for the 144x5w light to come out, and do some comparison with our competitors' lights. :circle-of-love: If he decide to give up on us, we are sorry about the loss of the customer, but from this experience, we will be more cautious in the future to avoid any more mistakes, so you can get more orders in future. :circle-of-love:
For the two 144x3w lights, still many growers prefer the 3watt ones too, if we have the customers want them in your country, we can send them to you. :circle-of-love: Besides, our lights are hot, I believe evn if you display them in the shop, you can sell them quick. :thanks:
