Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

I agree that the hangers put the light way too low. I assumed this distance is by design and necessary for cooling. That being said, I shortened mine as well. :blalol:

Does everyone use multiple ratchets for their Mars II 400w?
I have mine connected to a single rope.

I've seen a lot of grows using those lights and they do really well. Ya know what is strange about them, the 300 watt model has 3 fans, and the 600 watt model has only 2 fans. Maybe they are bigger fans, I dont know.

length is perfect for my veg tent so far.

I don't know about the flower tent yet, but I suppose it'll have to do. :)

I use 2 just incase one breaks. But mines a 900 as well.
 
yes, bad weather, people have to grow inside. so more people grow in winter. :circle-of-love:

All the lights we shipped from factory are under good condition. if the light has any scratches, it should have problem on shipping way for we are far from China other. we need to ship to port, sea. port , warehouse, then your home. so sometimes shipping company can not protect them well.

it's a bit hard to hang these lights up, I have told our factory to shorten the hanger and put yoyo hanger in all package.

maybe they get a little scratched in factory cause I don't see how it could happen during shipping because the box is in good condition and it's packed well. could it have gotten scratched on a factory shelf? the date on the outside of the box is 2014/08/05. is this a brand new unit?

yes, it is a new light, we ship out Sep. arrive at US warehouse October. so we make these lights Aug. :circle-of-love:
 
I just saw an ebay listing from Marshydro for a 300w reflector series LED panel with dimmers instead of switches. It looks very good! I noticed that they're still not listed on the mars-hydro.com site, though. I kinda wish I had waited on buying the panels that I purchased a while ago now because the panels with dimmers seem much more useful. Oh well, I plan on upgrading soon anyway.
 
Hello SB, I do not think that is our light, we do not have dimmable reflector light. thank you . all the new light, we will test here and sell on our webiste first. it is impossible sell on ebay first.
