Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

thanks for your pictures Jon, now I know this light works really great on vege. Looking forward to see flower stage.

With the cob turned off. Somebody mentioned that blue and red only panels will give the leaves a dark waxy look but they look pretty much identical to the girls under the 400 to me.

I noticed in my last pics the LED plants look about the same colorwise as the ones in veg and Vert, but there is white in my panel and I think UV too

I can do whatever I want to my apartment but I would need to fix or replace anything upon moving out. I'm a good tenant and would like to keep it that way by being stealth. My apartment building is quiet, neighbours keep to themselves and I'm in the best apartment of the building with dirt cheap rent to go through with my vision.

In the coming days I will start a thread of my setup and would appreciate any feedback, suggestions and constructive criticism by the community. Consider me a zombie and I'm coming for your brains!

Facts or opinions on LED and the types of growing mediums is the next part of my research. I would like to hear from Sara's point of view from the manufacturer as well as everyone else currently using LEDs and their success/failures. I have also subscribed to BID and Jon705 so I can follow their test grows. Any other members to recommend please message me.

Anyways, nice to join the 420 community and look forward to growing positive!

Blade I am currently on my second grow and I am using Solar Storm 400's to grow with. They are manufactured by an American company named California Light Works. I have had some success with them you can read my completed journal and I have started a new journal the plants are now 24 days old and growing much better than my first attempt. I don't think you will be able to beat the price of Top Leds lights. Leds will grow plants but as with all things some are better than others. On a side note it's not the car but the driver that wins the race.
 
do i see some nanners on that 3rd from the bottom pic? perhaps you'll score some fem seeds! totally gorgeous plants what strain is that?:high-five:
 
new to forums can i get get a recomendation for led options. im on a real tight budget $200 max Can anyone point me to top leds product reviews on their smaller units.
my first dwc attempt.
one plant dinafem blue widow fem from seed, advanced nutes, ph perfect, 15mla +15mlb, + 10ml humboldt honey, + 4tbsp hydrogen peroxide in 2gallons of water changed every 7 days, 150w hps 70 degrees f nights 76 days. the room its in is 2'x12'x8' tall. post pics soon.
 
may I know where are you from? then I can know which lights you can order with $200, then I will give you a suggestion. thank you.

here is the prices , it is factory price, so you need to pay shipping yourself. shipping cost will depend on how many lights you order. weight more than 21kg, we can get more discount from FEDEX. so if you order more, you can get more discount on shipping. but the light price is the best at present. as soon as we have lower cost, we will update our price. and I will let you know.

there has some basic information about the light, as we said , it is Epistar LED we are using. main color is red and blue in the light. fans, heatsink included. daisy Chain available. 85~265V voltage, so it can be used all over the world. beam angle is 90degree.

I believe there has some other Chinese suppliers have better price than us or they will say something else because all the information I put here now. but most of them make 20LED or 25LED each part. and I am not sure how their quality and service is, so please do not only compare the price of the light. thank you all my friends.
