Using flow table or tables in a 4x8 , a sea of green in rockwool is a beautiful thing.

If u sculpt plants to fit on sides even more. I try to do a few one side that way it can put it's back to the wall. And doesn't need sunlight. I will take all one side off the plant. It want grow anyway on a wall. So more can go in. Alot of work tho.

4 x 4 x 8 super easy grow conditions. Even lighting on all sides and the increased height leaves for much leg room when playing around with different strains.

Plenty of room to manage your hands and/or
squoosh your whole body like me, in and around the tent to access the girls or boys that you're growing.

No dark spots or light inconsistencies and the ventilation system and ducts seem to work more uniformly within a boxed environment.

I am partial to my 4 x 4 x 8 although I'm curious about the house like side by side tents......

Speaking of my tent, it houses the FC4800 and my growing girls just right and always following your PPFD chart through each stage of development!

I'd have to say rectangular. 2x4. For me I find wider is better than deeper. Don't have to mess around moving plants in the front to get into the back of the tent. All in easy reach.

Tried 3 Mars lights over the last 2-3 years and been more than happy with all of them. TS600, SP3000 & currently using the FC3000.

Other growers also find rectangular tents easier to access the plants.
