Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

Theres no point to upgrade to me anything. Anything bigger would be over my needs at the moment, just different model since I've encountered problem with this model, I dont want the same or replacement. Better go for other model. I've had the similar with LG tele couple years ago at Amazon,they replaced the same model and it barely worked 2months after that. Once I threw in more cash and got Sony with 5 yr warranty, not a problem.

I'm afraid you won't get that here. Amazon is literally the biggest company in the world LITERALLY. This means they have much more resources and systems in place for this to happen. For example a credit to account system for 1. Most companies don't have the ability to do this. So your only choice is to return item get full refund then use this refund to add to get the new light you want or to assume that since the company distributes these lights as their business model and there are literally thousands of happy customers here (me included) the will send a light which works.

Other than that your asking too much of most companies in this situation. Its unfortunate that your light arrived with a fault. But its not an issue with the models as they sell the models in large numbers worldwide. Most companies consider 1% fault rate more than acceptable which is low but even then could mean 1 in 100 lights is faulty.
 
My tsw2000 the driver went but a month went by and new driver came I put on and all worked fine I like @Mars Hydro there lights do kick ass and with covid theres delays everywhere but hope it sorted soon

Heheh I submit to your demands and I am impressed I know these are made for commercial but it would be great to use one of these in a 5 ft by 5ft (1.5 metre square) you could keep the light at top of tent and use the % adjuster to keep the right par. Would allow for amazing air flow and for plants to really fill the area with even spread of light.

I put this light at number 1 on my dream Mars lights list.
Closly followed by the SP3000/SP6500.

Beautiful lights and those Samsung diodes are truly top notch.
