Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

I have checked daily since and haven’t seen any more pop out..someone on Grasscity suggested I throw her out immediately lol not prepared to do that as the nanas being so minimal would be such a waste
if your really worried mist the plants daily with water well you pull the nanners, it will make pollen non-viable so it can't float around in air.

...'zackly. Rock on!

Word, on that statement regarding seed prices. I couldn't imagine dropping cash like that. Bless them all who can do so. I make my own seeds and drop my cash on groceries. Real world problems and priorities.
When I first started thinking of growing I thought I needed a clone... I looked everywhere and couldn't find them anywhere, then I saw all the seed companies... I only can grow 4 at time... It's convenience for me.. I will use my own seeds if I get them, but buy them is such a small expense for grow. I spend more on a bottle of fertilizer. I am very frugal and I will love growing with my free seeds more for sure.
:meatballs:

more than likely to late but if the nanners open the pollen falls out into air, you wet pollen don't float and can't get on others plants.
your pulling your nanners , pull to hard and you know whats happens ;)
I will be doing a detailed cleaning of my tent before I get new girls in. I wasn't even aware I had Nanners. I need to get high.. thinking about it is giving me anxiety.:thedoubletake:

Ts600 runs at 100w, ts1000 runs at 150w, so 250w total.
These are photos,is 235w total from both lights I wouldn’t have thought that’s too much but wasn’t sure ‍♂️

Its only on one plant it’s wedding cake from barneys farm, which after some reading a lot of people bashing barneys for hermies maybe it’s genitics

Thanks, 'Head, for catching that.

235 watts' worth of good LED lighting should be fine in that space.

Cannabis has a tendency to produce a seed or 2 regardless due to a process called rodelization. It is a way for the plant to ensure another generation will grow after it is gone.

Yes, late in the flowering phase. But even that can be problematic if there are multiple plants at different stages of development in the same garden area. Although those "last gasp of life" opposite-sex flowers aren't indicative of genetic hermaphrodism, so any unintentional cross produced in that manner should be retained for future use (and should be fully female).

@Mars Hydro
I'm a UK customer.
While pricing a ts600 I noticed the delivery charge has risen to over £20, the ts1000 delivery price is £13.
The ts1000 is the larger parcel, isn't this pricing the wrong way around?
The cost is not the freight, but our cost difference, which is compared with the American market.

That doesn't make any sense, if it has no relation to freight why do you advertise the price of sale in pounds on the web site then add £21 when you reveal you live in the UK.
That means your list price is wrong in the first place and is under listed.

It's either an extra charge for freight or you've miss advertised the original price in pounds.

There was a discrepency for a single customer who spoke about his parcel arriving in the UK. He was upset about the lack of stealth shipping from them as seen with every other order outside of the UK.

Mars said that the UK has prerequisites for their parcels which changes Mars' shipping procedures. Special attention needs to be paid to adhere to UK's protocol for shipping freight. Packaging and information posted on the outside about the contents.

Perhaps the price discrepancy for the UK has to do with this specific matter? Just thinking outloud...

Edit... Just read the freight on the smaller item is more. ...i got nothing on that. ;) That is screwy.

You would think so pp, but the response from mars states it has nothing to do with freight charges.
Besides, in the past they've waxed lyrical about having a UK warehouse.

I just don't see how that can cause a £21 addition charge to the smaller ts600, but a smaller £13 additional charge for the larger ts1000. If like you suggest it was for a new protocol, then the additional charges would be the same or more for the larger ts1000.

These are all good questions. Your reasoning is spot on and your words aren't illogical.

No matter, the bigger parcel should have the bigger freight price. You are correct with that and the lack of a clear answer explaining it has yet to come. None of that can be refuted...

Maybe it's more of a clerical error than anything else.

That's why I originally asked, thinking they'd simply applied the costs in the wrong order.

Edit:
The answer from @Mars Hydro has left me with more questions

One of those options is bad. Are those the only 3 choices? Hahaha.

Well...english may not be their mother tongue. ;) I am opting for not explaining it properly or sufficiently.

In my short time here I have only seen them be supportive and helpful. This is why I do not think you are getting the ol' brush off. This however is just my opinion.

Sorry pp, I edited that last response, I'll give the rep a chance before I go throwing around my choices. ;)
