Due to the different power design of the TS600, it can only be used at a fixed voltage. If the voltage is unstable, it can easily cause a short circuit.
We will design better LEDs, so we have been collecting and listening to customers' opinions. I believe the new series will not let you down.;)

@SmokeSara how do you ship from your US office to USA customers?

TS600 is suitable for growers with low budget, or small grow area, or need supplementary light. It is also full spectrum, so it is suitable for the all growth stage. But if you have enough budget, I personally recommend TS1000 for 2x2 grow area.

I absolutely love my TS600's!

They don't have all the "bells & whistles" like the expensive lights, but they fucking rock!

I think it's just a matter of what the grower needs.

I needed to light up a small veg box for seedlings, autos, and early veg. The TS600 was a perfect fit.

Since I've switched, every plant I've grown in there has had an amazing start.

Our warehouse in the United States is still working normally, FedEx and UPS are also shipping normally, but the shipping time will be longer than before

Are you referring to that unlit lamp bead? I'll ask our engineering department what the problem is tomorrow. We will provide warranty, please don't worry
