Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

22°C (72°F) /50% rh during lights on, and 18°C (64°F) /52% rh during lights off. This is dependent on the room environment, and measured with the drivers in the tent.

Thanks for the reply. My temps are considerably higher. Drivers are out of the tent and my room temp has been in the 70's... I think if the room environment were closer the over all numbers would be closer figuring your room temp is close to your lights off temp.. What do you think??
 
I bought 2 of the Mars Hydro Cob lights when they were on sale so I got 4 for my new Mars Hydro 5X5 tent from the specs they should do Great. I am glad I caught them while they were on sale. I plan to get another 5X5 tent for flower so I can keep rotating them. I plan to buy a couple SP250s or maybe the new TS3000 but it will be another Mars Hydro tent and lights for sure. That's down the road for now I got to get everything set up and going when the plants get big enough I will share pictures here and in my journal. Thanks Sara for the help
 
A quick question why do they put the drivers with the adjustment on the bottom I have to take the driver off to adjust them. Why not flip them over when you mount them so they can be adjusted more easily

It's a set and forget adjustment as built. You could re-mount the drivers with 1" (25mm) pieces of 2" angle aluminum to permanently expose the adjustments. Just ensure that the center of gravity remains over the center of the light so it remains level, rather than canted over.
 
Hey Sara! I have a new plant to show you. About to trim her a bit. Critical Purple Kush under Mars Hydro TS1000 at 9 weeks. These new lights are amazing. I'm really starting to think this is the way to go. The plants respond so well to this spectrum. Is there any plans to make a TS1500? I'd love to have one! The TS2000 is to large for my space unfortunately. Hope you are well!

Last time we tested with our lights, without fan and other air flow system, after putting the lights on around one hours later, the temperature increase around 5 C degrees total. :green_heart:

It sometimes also depend on the room size, if you put large lights in a small space, the temperature will go higher.

Hi nobodyuknow, it has been sometime not seeing you around. :D I hope everything fine there! :green_heart: The flower looks great,soon they will grow into monsters.Haha! :green_heart: We might not make any TS 1500, but you can always adjust the power comsumption of the TS 2000 to lower so that they can suit your space. How about this ;)
