Yep they are, both the SP and the TS. I cannot wait to see more feedbacks.Looks like the SP 250 is growing some big chunky buds!
Congrats again Mootah, I am sure next round will be much better. Always getting better and better.@SmokeSara , final weight 168 grams from six small plants in three gallon pots with a short veg time and two spider mite battles. 6 ounces from 6 plants, not bad for the first run under two Mars Hydro TS 1000. Next run will be in the fall, I plan on doubling my yield with up sizing my pots to five gallon, fewer plants,a longer veg time ,and lowering the lights sooner during flowering. That run will be in my 2'x4' tent, seems like it would be a better fit than the 4'x4' . Smoking some pre cured Whoberry Haze, and I am pleased with her. Smooth smoke, flavor will develop with the cure.
Hi Knife, you can actually now lower the light to 24'' first. If plants don't have any problem, after some time moving closer again.Hey all, currently 3 weeks into my first grow.
I have my sp-250 hanging 30" above the top of the tallest plant. How old/big should I let them grow before I lower tje light to the reccomended 18" above?
Usually put 12~18'' above the canopy during flowering. The light is not that strong so should be fine with the height. If the plants is burn, usually leaves will turn yellow outside and dry.I have 2 mars eco 98 600w grow lights in a 2x4 tent. They are currently 12-15 inches above the canopy.
How far above the canopy should I keep them during the flowering stage?
If they are too close how can I tell?
Okay answer time:Guess what Mars light grow these monsters?
That is great news, plants love more lights.Lowered my sp250 from 30" above down to 24" above last night just before lights on.
The plants really seemed to like it. Ill give it about a week then go down to 18".
