If something goes wrong you take a picture (if it's lighting up problem) they look at it and send you the parts to fix it yourself. it happened to me and I fixed it no problem.
Thanks, that sounds great. I'm more concerned with 1) understanding the conditions under which "return to factory" would be required. And, 2) the rough percentage of time a customer with a problem is required to send the unit to the factory.
Hopefully Sara can provide guidance. My concern is that "return to factory" could be a way to avoid having to honor the warranty (which appears to be how joyHydroGrow operates). With this forum, I doubt it's used that way because there'd be a lot of unhappy customers here. But, I'd still like to know the odds. What percentage of customers have been told to send their unit back?
