Good Morning Sara,
I would like to start with an apology to 420 members. I have to talk about this situation here because for unknown reasons im unable to converse with sara by email. I sent over 8 emails and never got an answer. I got an email from sara 2 weeks ago asking if I was receiving her emails and I replied to it but never got an answer.
To clear all doubts that my setup could be improper here are some pictures of the elements controlling the parameters of my growroom :
So in no way those water droplets could come from any kind of neglect from my part but even better than that I can tell you why droplets could have appeared.
When I packed the light I sealed all corners of the box.
The RH in my room has been around 50% for the past 2 weeks ambient temp is around 22C.
Here in Canada at this time of the year the nights got close or even below 0 C. During the day the temps is around 10-15C.
The droplets must come from the humidity stuck in the box reaching the dew point.
Here's a little chart i took on the web to show you that my light not only probably but certainly reached the dew point :
As you can see If I packed my light at 20C with an ambient RH of 50%. Exposing the box to temps around or under 9C would make the humitidy condense on the glass of the light hence the reason why there could have been droplets on the glass when the tech opened the box.
Thx
Frank

Hi Frank,we contacted with the repair center for your second light, but we did not get reply yet, because of the time difference,i can only answer you tomorrow
When they opened your light,it is covered with drops of water, according to the engineer's statement, at 70% humidity, the light would not have drops of water inside of the glass. So our engineer has using a grow light to test the humidity again, tomorrow will finish. If i get any news,i will inform you immediately
