Dear all my friends. I am moving my office these days, so I reply late usually.
As to Robert, I would like to explain.
1, his order is Jan,24, but not 28. so I did not find out on our website,today i find it out, and I have sent tracking number to him.
2,he ordered on our website, we provide order number,automatic email. he told me he do not have order number, so I think he send payment to our paypal directly, and I find order in another way. failed again.
3, during my holiday, it is mandy take charge of my work, so I have to ask her where the problem is if I can not solve. she did not work weekend,so I have to wait untill working day.
4,Actually, we have provided him tracking number last week, we update on our website, but he refused to get our auto-email, so he did not get tracking number.
I can understand Robert, hope it will not happen again. and I hope everyone can get our auto-email from our website, then you will not miss tracking number, usually I update tracking there, then I can check anytime I want.
