Hi Sara,
Would you mind updating your website to remove the statement that you have a repair center in Canada. I was informed tonight that you actually don't, and it will take a month for my parts to arrive from China.
Here's the pics of the two parts I require:
Here is the statement on your homepage:
"Because we have repair centers located in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia and Canada, there is no difficulty in arranging for repairs to be carried out under the terms of the warranty."
The light is two months old.
Wow, I would think they would want to do a straight swap for that, its obviously dangerous and obviously manufacturers defect... if they ship you a relacement from the nearest warehouse, then you put this one in that box and return it, will that work for you? We can have this rectifies by next tuesday.....THATS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE.....Hi Sara,

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but in general always be careful of the amperage you are pulling and if you are using an extension cord make sure it can handle above that current by ~+15 to 20% in order to be safe. Smaller gauge extension cords are not safe for high current. This is coming from an Electrical Engineer, I could line out the exact reasons why but walls of text are generally not needed.
Keep us posted I hope Mars will help more than waiting a damn month. They walking it there?

That looks like there was a surge of current that happened relatively quickly, did any of the LEDs burn out in the process?
Plug is very tight and you have to make sure it is all the way in or it will cause it to overheat like a bad connection.

Ruby, seems to make lots of mistakes. Last week she told me Mars ships from GA, when in reality they don`t.
I suggest you train her better, because she`s getting quite a reputation for being DISHONEST....
Whats this person using? What series?
That is a Mars 2 900 watt and at least on mine you can't use the daisy chain feature on anything over a 96 X 5 or the main feed line where this one burned gets super hot. Mars says they will handle 1000 watt draw but I wouldn't sleep well at night with anything over a 700 watt draw any more and the line starts heating up and with two 900 watt lights the cord is Hot, Soft and limp ( not a good thing ) and that is about 900 draw watts
the LEDs seem to be good.
