:cheesygrinsmiley: I will not tell you that I still think so...
You Bet supergroomer...
I really enjoy everyone on this Forum.
Most everyone is nice and very helpful.
Makes it a joy to read what everyone is doing and how they do it by sharing pictures and etc.
My wife keeps telling my to quit worrying about my new grow room and just enjoy it and let it do its thing.

:thumb:thank you very much for the thorough advice, Bob. :thanks:
I agree use a Rachet set of hangers it makes things a lot easier. But to be honest your plants will tell you before you burn them as long as you keep an eye on them and have a fan blowing across the face of the LED. If yiu get too close the light will split into colour and you will see the spots. If you are too far away you'll just get stretch. Anywhere in between and play around you'll figure out what they want as they will react to the light, stretch, wilt etc.

:circle-of-love: haha, that is the case. 420 is unique. I am saying so not for we are doing good here, but that people here focuses on growing experiences sharing, not other things. I have been to other forums. Most are not like here.:hugs: Peace, respect and sharing are what I feel most about this community. I love here, with you guys.:Love:
I wish I could say all the online cannabis communities were like this, but my experience is that :420: community is like no other!!! The people genuinely care about each other and the Mods do a GREAT job in keeping things in order if the start to get out of hand. It doesn't seem to happen too often but when it does it is dealt with swiftly!!!!

I love the "family" I have found here. Here is where I can share my experiences and get help from others. It is hard to even go to a hydro shop to get the kind of help you get here. :peace:

wow, 3000posts, that's very impressive. :yahoo: I am much looking forward to your posts for harvest!:cheertwo:
I agree, this thread and the people in it are fantastic and extremely helpful. I'm a very proud member of the Mars LED growing family, that's for sure. I am a long-time member with 3000+ posts and many growing journals on other sites, and would have to agree that this site is the most genuine and troll-free. People here are great and I'm glad I made the jump (which I specifically did for this very thread). I check this thread everyday and love seeing people's updates of how their plants are doing under these great lights. I'm only 7-10 days away from harvesting my 6'x3' SCROG under ~1000W of Mars LED's, so I'll have lots of harvest pics and final weigh-ins to post to this thread soon. :cheertwo::slide::rollit::party:

I have a question for SmokeSara, OK I am new here so don't know if this was ever asked but cant find any info either,
On Amazon, ya have listed a 300w light for only 89.99, now they are not listed on your site, so is this a legitimate site or are these just closeouts?
Wanted to buy 3 of them for a 4x4 or possibly a 5x5 but wanna make sure these are fakes.
Thanx for the info!!

That would be for the Old Model LED panel which are genuine mars panels but have only recently been removed from their website, tbh if you are looking at buying 3 i would pool that money and step up to at least the MarsII panels and spend your money more wisely on 1 panel that will fill your space, new panels are more efficient and have a more complete spectrum using a more powerful LED.

Just harvested another ThunderHaze Auto grown under a mars reflector 144x5 :circle-of-love: love all my Mars LED panels

Thanx for the info, now checking out details on the mars II 1600 unless yall think that would be overkill for a 4x4 or a 5x5

1600 would work well for the 4x4, if your going to do a 5x5 i think going with 3 144x5 reflector LEDs for better coverag and a little more wattage. i also think there is another grower that is using 2 Mars Pro CREE LED 256 in a 5x10 foot area with great results

Well after checking the tents on mars-hydro gonna go with the 4'9x4'9x6'7 best deal so far at 139.99
So as soon as the ole lady says go for it, gonna start piecing my gear together

being a sponsor does mars-hydro offer discounts to members? lol it doesn't hurt to ask

I would say that this is often the biggest mistake new growers make. They don't give the girls time to dial in and relax into their environment. So people panic when they see a slight change and over compensate, flush, add more feed and the poor woman doesn't know what to do with herself. Let her do her thing and once she has settled in tweet a little if need but not too much at once and not too many things. Like all females, she will be more than happy to tell you what she does and does not like in her life lol

Bill, if you type COFINEST into the code bar at the end of checkout it will give you a small discount for being a forum member

Shes a proper little fatty baby. Good genetic line coming from AK47. Good reviews on Leafly sure you'll enjoy the fruits of your labours from that one Dennise. Best of luck for your grow

I personally like several lights over one large light it gives you flexible coverage also if there is a problem with a light it is not a dramatic issue as you still have others till the one is fixed.
As for the eBay/Amazon lights I have both the 300 and 600 watt and they run along side the Mars 2 and Reflectors and neither I nor the plants can tell the difference yes the spectrum has more white than the others but plant growth under them is equal to the Mars 2 and better although more concentrated than a reflector and all lights use 5 watt leds and if you figure the power draw it is also the same.
Yes they are Mars lights and yes at least for me work as well as the Mars 2 buy what you can afford and If you get hooked on growing upgrade latter. Use the money saved to get a Med Rec and a State Card so there is no stress and you are legal

Dennise your plants always look soooo good although I must admit when I first saw the pics and the Pillsbury box I thought it was a bowl of cereal but I guess hydrotron would be a little crunchy:yummy:
