Should be showing soon, males tend to show their balls first female flowers soon after.
 
For the 2x4 the Pro Epistar 160 or the Cree 128 is a nice choice , the reflector series 144 would fit your space nicely also and for the 3x3 I would recommend the Mars II 900w or 1200w depending on funds.
 
Here is a 1200w in a small 3x3 tent , works great.

Hey Sara it's good to see what goes on behind the scenes of Mars-Hydro and a little bit of history behind it. The video gets a bit blurry at times but other than that it's nicely put together but I do have one question...Where is the brains behind it all? Is Mandy like Alfred Hitchcock and secretly appears in the videos, a woman just casually walking by maybe? I'm guessing she is a member of your family. Get her to give us all a wave in the next one or to come and say hello :)

Here's an update with (4) 600w older style lights. 10 days into flowering with no signs of flowers though =( They keep growing and growing, the tallest one is about 46 inches tall! Oh well, this is my first grow, just as long as I get 4 ounces, I'm happy.

Ok I put the seeds in the Grow Room under the Cree128. I will eventually have (2) 10 gallon pots and (4) 3 gallon pots. The rest of the plants will go into the Greenhouse outdoors. The (2) 10 gallon pots will have bamboo coming out of wire rack to bend the branches over sort of like a mini sog.

:circle-of-love: Hi skid, Cree128, Epistar160 or Reflector144 will be a good choice for 2'x4' and MarsII900w or MarsII700w will fit 3'x3' grow room. :)

sara don't want to waste time need advise been growing awhile mostly hps&mh some outdoor have doc if needed
mostly need advice thanking you in advance for any consideration in this matter

Well, today is day 42 of flower, and I'm still in love with these Mars LED's. My buds are still growing in size and are filling out and packing on weight be the day. Absolutely insane resin production under these lights. On the home stretch now, last week of feeding before a 2 week flush....all my plants are looking to go 9 weeks. I'm growing in a 6.3' x 3' SCROG under roughly 1000W (actual) of Mars LED's....2 x Mars II 900 and 1 Reflector 48. The sativas (closest to camera in overall screen photos) are Female Seeds C99 and the the indica are Sweet Seeds Cream Caramel. The C99 buds are long and spear shaped, the CC buds are round, super thick baseball-buds that are also super dense......very impressed with how they did under LEDs. I've got 5 plants total in a flood and drain system, GH notes. These babies will be dried, cured, and ready to smoke in time for Xmas :)
