Week 9 update

day 7 of flower and all looks pretty good in the flower tent, not a whole lot to update except the stetch is working its magic. im really hoping that i can keep at least 12" from the canopy and LED but it looks like the plants have quite a bit to go. other then that there doesnt seem to be any new deficiency's on either plant.

still a little rusty on the older growth of the golden goat but all the new growth looks good, i gave it 2 back to back waterings of the general organics go box at 1/4 strength nutes and gave it just water today. the golden goat in soil really seems to like the go box but im running out of my samples in the go box of the bio marine and the cal-mag so ill have to figure something out soon.

The kosher kush in coco is looking awesome as well, i've gone back to full strength on all the nutes (except cal-mag 1/2 strength) in the go box as soon as the slight yellowing went away and the plant is looking good, just a little purpleing on the stem. im still watering every other day with 1/2 gallon and am thinking of changing that to a 1/3 gallon every day but im still waiting on some feedback from other growers. im PHing the nutes i feed between 5.5-5.7 for the coco and i dont PH at all for the FFOF plants.

and a quick peek at the clones and seedlings in the veg tent. i will be moving roslyn road to the other 32"x32"x60" tent i have in the flower room under my mars 2 700 very soon and one i get the clones a good size im going to do 3 clones in Coco+perlite and 3 clones in FFOF+perlite to see what i have better results with. i will have one clone form each of the golden goat, kosher kush and Roslyn rode plants in coco and one of each in FFoF

just some random stuff i taped ill have week 9 update soon

good to have you join the grow subnoise and welcome i hope you enjoy and feel free to provide any input as i am still learning lots of info :Namaste:

Roslyn is definitely a very nice lady and I plan on sharing her with lots of ppl once she's all grown up :thumb: thanx for stopping by and feel free to leave any comments

Thanx for liking man im glad you enjoyed it and honestly you only need a ph pen if your doing something like a soiless mix or hydro so if you still to roots organics or fox farm soils you should be fine :Namaste:

Hey arellanobrian. I just thought I'd drop in and introduce Steve to my little friend :)

Glad to see you're keeping up with the vids. Peace and happiness :thumb:

after I watched you video I started thinking.. I have one strain that always acted funny toward the end of the flowering cycle.. So yesterday I decided to test the PH of my mixed nutes.. I am using soil, but only 4.5 gallon pots and the plants have been in them for 4 months or more.

when I tested the PH of the mixed nutes it was like 4.1 So I decided to do as you did and mix the nutes and stabilize the ph to around 6.5 and wow, those OG's have perked right up.. You helped me figure out what I was doing here late in flower!!!

Thank YOU!

im glad I can help man!! I feel like the first thing you should check when you notice problems is to check your ph, especially if you are doing a hydro/soiless mix as that will cause a lot of nutrient lockouts that will make it seem like a deficiency but actually be a ph problem.

either way im glad I was able to help and feel free to let me know of any tricks you think may help me, we can all learn from each other and i am always looking for good logical new ideas :Namaste: let me know if you guys need to see something specific about the grow or just have any questions

I named him the first thing that came to mind, 'my little friend'. I must have watched Scarface too many times or something but with him being so tiny (but deadly) it fit lol. If a name strikes me in the future whilst I'm sat talking to him and my plants I'll be sure he tells Steve :) All the best :volcano-smiley::thumb:
