Maine 4-Season Greenhouse Grow

You should also clean off the bottom of the plant only thing you want on it is how mine looks Light Addict came up with this method I am sure there are threads about it on here

Great job I recently started a mainline on vanilla kush, her arms are already getting decent growth, I suggest tie them down once exposed growth enough, then her arms will be nice and flat

this is mine 14 days after cut her back now just waiting for two more nodes top and clean then repeat

Advantage of "flat" is for (tent/lamp) light absorption? Would it make a difference in a greenhouse grow?

Yeah of course any way it gets light weather it's sun (greenhouse) or artfitcal light but you need a strong light to penetrate deep I use. A 1000 watt HPS and 315w LEC in my flower room which is 5*5*7 ft

Re: Greenhouse Grow In Maine - Northern Light Auto & White Widow Photo

All's well here with the ladies. NL has exploded in last week and WW is looking strong and steady to becoming my summer monster.

both enjoying a little April sunlight ...

I got my greenhouse to about a steady 55F overnight (with it 30F outside) but I am still trying to get some idea of what is too cold for the plants? 60F was my target temp, but that would likely be in 2 weeks or so....

Thoughts/observations/old wives tales appreciated.

I've had outdoor fall plants go colder than that, just slows every thing down.
What are you reaching during daytime?

Daytime is 95-100F on a sunny day. I have it partially vented and I am running a fan to pull hot air into the thermal mass for overnight heating. It's a balancing act. I can get it lower in the day, it just requires me to open and close a door morning/night.

My thoughts as well. Just looked and it was 50F in the GH. I could vent it more in the day to bring it down to 80F, and button it up at night to keep it 60F. It was partially vented overnight to see how low it got.

Just overnight germinated and potted some more seeds this morning, so I am planing on putting all of them outside in the next 2-3 weeks.
