Maine 4-Season Greenhouse Grow

Anytime in flower? Every watering?
I'm in coco... i was watering every 2days with nutes through most of flower.... went to daily feedings at the end.

Anyhow.... yes, I used Terpinator along with all my other nutes, every feed

I think I used 1/4 tsp the first week, then the 1/2 the second week. After that, i used the 1 tsp dose.

They recommend much higher doses, but I'm already using Big Bud, Protekt, Foliage Pro, and Dyna-Bloom.... Didn't feel it was too necessary to also pump in tons of Terpinator.

If potassium sulfate is the active ingredient do you think it fits the profile for us? "I found this: Synthetic potassium sulfate is not OMRI approved, nor is any potassium-sulfatefertilizer produced by acidulation or chemical reaction. To be organically certified, potassium sulfate must come from natural, mined sources with little or no processing.Apr 2, 2014" I found this in a site making DIY terpinator.
I don't know the ingredients but it's rumored (I know) to be pot. sulfate. I'm torn between using mine and giving it away. I don't want to hurt the herd but have little info.

I tried it a bit growing in my organic soil and I didn't really notice anything one way or the other. I found it changed the terps to strains I had grown already and to be honest with you I think I liked the natural terps I got without it. I didn't see any negatives from using it the soil. I chose to just not use it.

Which concerns me since most of my current strains are new to me....I kind of want to see how they produce first without tweaking them.

Thats kind of what I did when i won the first batch of terpinator......I ran it on a test where I had a two clones. One I grew without it and one with it. I honestly didn't see any difference in frost and I found I liked the one without the terpinator better from a smoke perspective. So I have 4 huge bottles of Terpinator sitting there collecting dust LOL.

Yeah... my comparison was against the "Bud Candy" i was already using.... from AN. I won like 3 huge Terpinator jugs, back-to-back, so i switched.

I've never compared plants with vs without though.

I guess my humble opinion should be shifted a bit..... to, "it ain't gon' hurt???"

Maybe?

I guess I can't really give an honest opinion, as i haven't tested the "without" yet...

:roorrip:

Keep in mind....I grow in organic soil. And I put a LOT of stuff in there so that the herd has everything it needs at any given time (almost borderline too much amendments....actually going to experiment dropping ratios of most of the amendments down a bit with the exception of Ca and Mg which I will keep the same but possibly boost the Ca to a bit higher on the Ca:mg ratio currently running roughly 8 to 1 ratio of Ca to Mg....but looking to take it up to 10 to 1).

I know you feed synthetics and Terpinator could very well be giving you something you aren't getting normally. So it very well could be helping you. I know several other growers love the stuff and have great luck with it. I don't get any higher yield or any more noticeable frost so for me I don't see a point in using it. Of course I only tested it on one strain, which lets be honest isn't a viable experiment to prove it does or doesn't work. I just don't think it works for me, but I certainly don't speak to how it works for bottle growers. I find nothing beats a good ACT for my situation.

Photo dump....plants looking strong....white bhutanese seems to be hovering comfortably below the ceiling, so happy about that. Cali Dream is actually further along than the Mandala #1...impressive. Last photo is the male Mandala I threw in the compost pile near the Cabin...some guests do a double take...had one person ask if it was corn

They all look great to me. But, then again, I love to see cannabis ladies at any stage! White Bhutanese is my favorite looking of your grows! So sativa-ish. So nice. Cheers

Those Mandela strains look great Blew! How are the smells?
I am really impressed with all of them so far....I haven't taken the time to give them individual sniff checks...overall they are fragrant on the breeze :)
