Maine 4-Season Greenhouse Grow

Highya BH,

I found out about a cure last year that uses the seal a meal thing to cure. It's called a cob. SweetSue made a journal with Tangwena's name at the beginning. Really interesting. I tried it this harvest season and found it really improved the power of some carnival. Now I grind up the cobs and smoke. Very nice indeed. Cheers

Yes, I have been watching the curious cob from afar....:)

Highya BH,

I'd be interested in those pics. I love rustic things like that. Bud shots look great.

Hey, at least the snow is running off/evaporating. Been warmer here. That's real nice! Cheers

We're building it with fresh milled hemlock...which is wet and heavy...but strong. :)

The reverse applies in my winter tent where temps are 50-75F....I use 2x large germinating mats full time and they keep the 7g soil pots warm for the roots...it fools the plant thinking they are 10+ degrees warmer. Mats are much cheaper to tun than any air heater.

Did you get any? We got about an inch and then 40F+ and a lot of melt off....then it all froze last night....lovely.
Ugh! That melt/refreeze is the worst!
:nervous-guy:

Hope you don't have to be out in it. Be safe buddy.

I'm a clutz.... busting ass on the ice is my specialty!

We wear Stabilicers (made in Maine)....they slip over your boots and have spikes on them....just like hearing cars in the winter with studded tires (like ours) you hear people in the grocery store click-clacking in their studded boots!

Yeah... a small pond formed next to my property and then a stream from it ran across my driveway, under my shed and washed out a little walkway I had to the greenhouse.

Time for a rope swing or a bridge....
