Lost In The Fog

Sounds like you need fans on your heat exchangers! Everyone needs fans somewhere ;).

It doesn't make sense to be able to root woody plants by sticking them in soil and walking away but not a weed.

That's the problem it already have a fan. The heat side doesn't feel that it would be to hot. That infrared thermometer is just crap it shows my body temp as 30... See if I can borrow a Fluke meter home some day. Should get some meters on the water going in and out of the blocks too.

It can have something to do with the power from the psu. Going to measure upp that sucker some day.

Spliff Berry looks interesting. I’ve had a good review of the CBDCrack I grew this summer. I gave some to a friend who’s been having anxiety and problems sleeping, and he’s be n trying to balance dealing with a wife with cancer, kids, grandkids, and a boyfriend on the side (he’s got a complicated life). He gave it really good reviews. Said it was just enough that he felt “high” right after smoking, but after about twenty minutes it turned into a very mellow and chill experience.

I didn’t want to give him any of my high THC stuff because that can make anxiety worse.

Yeah thought I give it a try.

That sounds great, he definitely needs some meds.

My Candida I grew was very good but I felt something was missing. Mixing it with some WW and it got better. My nerves are fucked up so some CBD to balance it out. Candida maybe great to mix with GG. :)

I think more people should try to mix in CBD it balances everything out very nicely.

Feeling crap this day. Nothing gone my way. I'm in search of heat sinks. It's hard to get hold of normal square ones now days. They are always dressed up like it's a xmas tree. Found one local site that got one type for like 9$ got to have two. Need two more like the ones I got to be able to run all four peltiers. I have bigger heat sinks but they are really BIG and hard to implement like the way I imagine.

Neck is f-cked up today too... but had a more productive day than yesterday anyway. I have constructed a BIG ASS chiller. Got the two Peltier elements I ordered a few days ago. The next problem is to get power for them. They consume 220W running full tilt. The largest pc psu I got is 195W 12v but I'm running two psu's until I get hold of a more powerful. There is still some issues to solve before I can run this live with the lights on. But It's getting closer. Think I get my seeds tomorrow also........ pics.

Don't think I need fans on this monster. Will construct some sort of enclosure in acrylic which the air will be sucked through and place this monster inside with the pump. The choice of acrylic is to be able to spot leaks.

This is obviously more of a project than the best way to cool those lights. Putting a heat sink and exhaust fans on each one (or one at the end of a top channel) and venting them to the outside would have been faster, cheaper to build, and cheaper to run.

Haha, I know shed and that's whats so crazy about it. I can't get this idea out of my head. o_O:D

I haven't mentioned the peltiers can be used to generate electricity also? :D Think of a self contained regenerative cooling system which generates it's own electricity from the heat produced by the leds? ;)
