It is, Cannabis plants smell and def if in flower there is no need to ask anyone it will just raise more suspicion of what you are doing. Get a big filter and a powerful fan those small ones are just for one plant maybe...




Yeah I've been there, got the Autopot system for them to drink as much as they want. Other problems with those systems though and that is constant cleaning schedule on everything from tank to hoses and trays. But there is no worries in leaving for a few days during even hot summer days.



Another rookie mistake.... never run autos and flowering photos under same lights, autos only get 50-60% of the light they need if running flower cycle on the photos (12/12).



I think it will also but you need to slow down some Mumps and reflect on everything before proceeding and taking it to the next level. You are keen on getting going I know but if one doesn't know whats gone wrong in the past you never can advance... Get the smell under control first and then scale up from there if there isn't safe to grow you shouldn't grow, I'm guessing the penalties in Pope country is more severe than here in Criminal Paradise...

yeah i got a big ass filter, its 70 cm long, 800 cubic meters per hour...i think i just needed about 400 but i wanted to be sure and infact...its working!
i called my neighbour, cool guy, i probably saw my first weed plant in his house and i already gave him two auto mazar about a month ago, he couldnt smell a thing and hes not smoking at the moment
i also got a couple of big fans, one in and one out, they are working great!
i meant i didnt know who to ask cause the two friends that know about my grow are heavy smokers and i dont trust their smell skills.

about watering, i will defenitelly never grow 5 plants together never ever again...did i say never?never!
about running autos and photos under the same light i didnt make that mistake, my 5 autos are running in the tent, my other three plants (1 auto 2 photos) are hiding outside waiting for the tent to get clear...i call em the vietnamese

but you made me think about getting rid of the auto and continue with just the two photos, they will end up vegging about two months anyway so...but the daiquiri lime is freaking beautiful, best plant i grew!

about slowing down, i think you are perfectly right infact im also thinking about having a break after the harvest of the five autos (hopefully will harvest the last one in about three weeks at about 100 days)...i can give the three outdoor plants someone else..
btw i dont think penalties are worse here, its just the jails that are awful but you dont end up in jail for this

Your outdoor adventure looks amazing Mumps and you should be proud, really wish I had the ability to grow outdoors this summer as last year but as I mentioned before the situation at the summer house has changed and the new neighbors would spot this instantly so the the risk outweighs the profitability from it. Last year I got away with ~50g hermie Cheese, very nice weed though love Cheese.

no we didnt talk about that before, i just wanted to be sure it would work properly.
and its doing it, haveing fresh air inside my house is priceless : D
btw growing is kind of expensive, we spent around two thousand euro for both indoor and outdoor grow, outdoor was like 100 euro for soil and seeds, the rest is for the indoor not including electrical bill which is about 170 euro per month.
i tried cheese in the greehouse in amsterdam, i did like it infact i was going to order franco's lemon cheese seeds but i already have too many, mostly autos though.
thanks crazys, yeah growing outside is great and plants love it, the vietnamese didnt have a single day of natural light until i brought them ouside and now with just 6 hours of direct light they look happier than with 18 hours of lamp light.
i was thinking of topping my two quadlined photos to slow the growt a bit...what do you think?
i would top all the four tops.
im also thinking to not up pot the two photos from four gals to eight gals pots to keep em smallish...again, what do you think?

Well if you spend 2k Euro in a single run it does sting a bit, I mostly tried to scatter my upgrades over some time not to spend too much in one time and I'm having a wild guess here and presume that this weed you are growing is not only going to you and your friend and maybe that 2 grand will come back some pretty fast. This stuff usually goes pretty fast if you have a few hungry friends.

Never tried that one but I'm guessing its a killer strain, only have experience from Holy Punch from Greenhouse. Very nice sativa dominant strain!

Sure it will slow her down some but it all depends on if she is outside or inside. If she is outside there should still be time for her to finish off, how long do you recon the season is down there at your latitude for outside growing here season ends mid Aug and mold risk is too high to continue. IF she is inside are you sure you got enough room in tent if you got other strains pushing for light?

Sure this keeps them smaller, I had over 20 clones in 2,7L pots one time in a tent and it was a lot to care for and not worth the trouble. Had an idea of having harvest once a week. LoL

it was 1k each, i think its ok, only the two mars hydro tents and the three lights costed about 900 but it was well spent money since they make nice stuff for ok price
we are not selling anything, it was one of the rules when we started, surely gifting some to a couple of friends though.
and btw how much i should ask for this first harvest? will probably harvest about 10 oz..spent 2500...15 euro per gram would be ok...probably 20 lol? and i dont even know if it will turn good...

im growing five autos in the tent which are about to end, then i have the three vietnamese girls outside.
my plan was to flower them in the tent once the 5 autos are gone.
my actual plan after your words is to let the auto flower outside and flower the two left photos in the tent...but im also thinking about flowering just one and gifting the other to a friend, and for one plant the small tent with the small light would be allright so i could start in the next days instead that waiting for the autos to finish....my two photos are already 45 days old, here weather is great till october

When persons like you, me and others from country's where this is as illegal as it can be, we are promoting others to get growing for themselves and I think and hope that my journal have led some in this way.

Great conclusion! This is how I sort them as well, it takes time to get going a Photo in the right way but they are pretty easy to handle and can take more abuse than Autos. Autos are very sensitive to changes in their environments both light schedules, and replants.

Take this in consideration if you move them between outside and inside, if say you run day cycle during night time in the tents for better cooling for the lights it can easily make an auto very upset.

fact is here you dont even find it and what you cannot find basically has no price, i think you could sell good stuff for 15 euro..after this covid thing maybe more.
my friends are paying 15 euro for good hash, 10 for kind of crappy...last year the good stuff was ten

yeah i planted my autos directly in final pots, 4 gals, also used 4 gals for the photos but i have some 8gals pots and plan was to up pot..
anyway i deicided i will give my gelato og from seedsman to a friend and will keep going with the auto outdoor (yeah smell is a bit of an issue, i live in the countryside but theres a road about 100 meters from them...im sure that with the right wind you can smell something...ill think about it) and with the last photo in the small tent...you want to see pics? come to my journal!

Even tried growing my own Opium poppy last summer, dried some 20-30 capsules and roots, tried them last Xmas when down with the flue. Slept like a baby from tea I made from only 2 capsules, strong stuff but made me sleep without waking with cough.

Nature is a fantastic provider for medicine if we only can read her...

i understand what you meant but im probably harvesting around 10oz with the five autos, its 5 ozs each and then we will have to wait about four months to have some more so..its not that much stuff.

It's even easier than cannabis, and with your heat down there it should be super easy for you. Up here not a soul even understand what it is even, everybody seems to have them in their garden without knowing what it is. They masked the name of most common potent strain from "Opium Poppy" to "Peony Poppy" and can be bought at grosseries here, this is what I grew last summer. There are more potent strains today that are used for pharmacy grade morphine like "Hens and Chickens" and "Red Giant".

I used to dream about this as well but to be honest I was shitting bricks when I had 0,5kg to move around, didn't dare to keep it in my apartment with the tent full of plants as well... LoL

Still in lack of green to show off... Did a smaller renovation/polish job on a mechanical rain gauge that was on its way to the scrap dumpster at work. Hadn't the heart to just throw this hand built masterpiece in chrome and stainless. Turned out to quite the bookshelf piece. Maybe I will use it in some future plant feeding or an upgraded Co2 generator... only a craZy mind is the limit... and there is no limit to that.
