Hello everyone, after three years wanting to start to grow my own cannabis and lurking many boards so I can smoke some good shit (tbrazilian brick weed is just sad lol) I'm finally able to begin.
My setup is the following
Lights: 2x Citizen Clu048 running at 1500mA each (110w total) spectrum 3500k, planing on to possibly put another 50w one on the flowering stage. Air cooled.

As im growing a automatic plant, I thought about keeping the lights 24/0 for the first couple weeks then changing the schedule to 20/4 till harvest
Tent: Probox Basic 2x2x5.25

Soil: Organic soil mix from a local brazilian company made specially for cannabis that my grower friends gave me very good feedback. The lower 3 gallons is a hotter mix and the upper 2 is a light seedling mix. Idk the exact proportions but the composition of both is the following
EWC
Sphagnum
Coco coir
Perlite
Bokashi Biochar
Rock dust
Kelp meal
Neem meal
Other vegetable meals
Bat guano
Innoculated leonardite
Glomus mycorrhizae

Ventilation:
Soler & Palau TD Silent 70/100cfm 2 speed axial fan

Mini fixed clip fan (couldn't find an oscillating one)

Right now I'm using only the clip fan to keep humidity and temperature high (temp ranging between 75-82F and RH 52-65%) but have some airflow
Btw I'm in doubt when I should start to make the plant dance in the wind, its only one day old right now

And last but not least a 20l (5 gallon) fabric pot.

And the plant is an Auto Brooklyn Sunrise from dutch passion that I got from a friend that has gone to Uruguay. I left the seed in a shot glass of water overnight and then put into soil on day 06/11/20. Before I've put the seed in, I completely soaked the soil with half dose organic root starter dilluted into 2l (about half gallon I think) of filtered water
After 7 days of nothing happening, I went to check the seed and realized I buried the poor thing too deep and that was why it was taking so long, so I moved it to about 1/2 inch deep and she sprouted after 2 days making me very happy :)

Here she is newborn at day 0 (06/20/20)

And here she is at day 1 (06/21/20). I'm amazed on how fast she grew in just 24h!

The thing I'm feeling most insecure right now is the watering schedule. I'm only misting the soil a couple times a day and planning to water with about 1l of plain filtered water at day 7. Any watering tips and guides would be very valuable!

Another thing that I'm not sure of is the distance of light fixture from plant. It is 2 feet right now. Should I hang it higher, lower, or thats fine?

That's it for now guys, and really, any advice will be deeply appreciated :)
And sorry for the lenghty post, I want to give the most details that I can

The Brooklyn Sunrise is the best auto I’ve grown. Keep her growing fast. In your soil you’ll want to let it dry out then water. You’ll water maybe every 3 days or so. Can’t wait to see how she grows for you.

wow, good to know that man and glad that you stopped by! i remember you said that she doesn't like high humidity early on, but as she's still small I'm keeping rh at the mid 60s, is that too much?

Hello everyone, here she is at day 3. Second node is starting to show up already

IMG_20200623_154524_753.jpg

Temperature and RH are now stabilized at 78F and 62%.
Idk if she's drinking a lot of water or if it's just evaporation, but the soil is always dry 3 hours after spraying

When should i let her get some wind to strenghten the stem?

Hey guys, here she is at day 6. I'm a bit concerned about these leaves curved down. I was thinking maybe underwater, since I water her with the spray only since she was born. The soil is just very slightly moist 2 inches deep and bone dry at the top. I was thinking about watering with 1l, but idk if just plain water or the organic roots fertilizer at half strenght again

Is it an underwater really? could it be something else?

Here she is at day 8. Watered her today with 1/3 strenght dose (0,3g) fat crystal roots dilluted in 1L filtered water. Temps and RH remain stable at 78°F and 62%. And starting tomorrow the light schedule is changing from 24/0 to 20/4.

She seems happy, but the leaves tips remain slightly curved and a little darker than the middle. Should I worry?

i'm starting to think about training, but in doubt if I should top it or just LST it. im a little afraid of stunting her with the topping because shes an auto but a lot of experienced growers do it with great results, what do yall think? if i top it, i thought about topping it at the 4th node and tieing her down on an asterisk shape, and if just lst I'll start it now or very soon.

Day 17. it seems like i've got the cabbage pheno! thats very good news since someone else got that too and it turned into an amazing plant
finally 9 days since the last time the pot felt light enough to water. I've watered till i've got a few runoff drops, probably just 1-2% of the volume. That was a full dose of fatcrystal roots (1g) dilluted in 2l of water + about 1l of plain filtered water.

I've folded the borders of the smart pot and adjusted the ties, removed that useless first node leaf touching the soil and did a little bit of leaf tucking to expose new growth to light.
Side branching grew a lot faster than before.

Exhaust is now turned on and temps are 70-77F lights on and 66-70F lights off, and humidity 50-65% all the time. the climate in my city is quite unstable

and i've heard about a technique called ponytailing which consists on tieing the two top fan leaves together to allow more light to the side branches and "top without topping". it sounds quite easy and appealing to me, but i didnt found much info about it, do someone know that technique well?

Here she is at day 19.
She keeps growing faster and faster, going to turn into a thiccc bush. Ive bent the mainstem a little more and tied the 4th node too, the canopy seems pretty even to me now. tried to take an underskirt picture but i couldnt because of the new branches
IMG_20200708_174513_515.jpg

also lowered the light fixture, now at 16 inches from the plant and moved the humidifier to the room instead of inside the tent, stabilizing the RH to ~50%

Looks to me like you may be the start of a mag def. Add some calmag if you have it. I'm not familiar with the nute line you are using but it could be as simple as adding more of that and not the calmag. The issue imo has to do with Mg deficiency if it's on the lower leaves.
Hey man thanks for stopping by, I'm not using no nute line, I'm using an organic supersoil that theoretically should fully supply the plant from germination to harves
The top 5l of the pot is filled with a light mix, and the bottom 15 with a hotter one. Maybe the roots didnt hit the hotter mix yet?
Im waiting for the lights to turn on to check on her if the problem persists i will buy some cal mag

Sure thing. The plants look good but they will need to be fed. I hate to burst your bubble but if that is the bag you are using it's the Starter kit. Note the checkbox in the lower left corner. Here's some info on it from their website. Also note in the below image it says you need to add ferts.

If you were planning on using the Automatic then you still need to add ferts after two months.

So there may even be more to know then that but you should check out their website.
