LMAO Cloning For Dummies

HPS is pretty good lights all by there self when I do run HPS I like to run it alongside if LED mixing the color spectrum and having an extremely Zone in the middle where buds will end up extremely dense

I tried the cutting in water method of cloning. A little kelp extract to help rooting.

drilled holes in top and popped them in. Hoping for the best. 5 dp 4 vanilla kush!!

Oh it will root with the things that I have given you guys for cloning you should have no issues getting them to root bee z0404 has got a hundred percent success rate right now

I got a gold star~

Yea every time I've done it it's been about the same...with the new nutes and mixtures I prob will

Because you don't PH your soil.

You do realize that the old nutes or the new nutes are just going in one end of the pot and coming out the other with most them not being absorbed by the plants.

You may want to put some slits where the holes are that way when they receive their Roots you can still get them out without harming them

What do you mean?

A cannabis plant can only uptake certain nutrients when the water PH is at a certain level as shown in the chart below. Understanding this you'll see how PHing your water is one of the most important things you can do for your plant.

This chart is for anyone growing in soil.

I think he means that when you put ferts on your plants the plants only take in so much as they need. Usually leaving some in the soil. That's why it's recommended that when you water to have run off. That way if they are leaving some of the ferts in the soil the run off will help flushing the unused ferts out the bottom. It helps to make sure nothing gets left to cause problems with to much of any one thing building up in your soil.

See there's so many opinions...I've heard to water til 10 percent runoff...heard not to have much runoff...heard to test runoff and not to test runoff...heard to water just a lil everyday...so idk I write all this stuff down and then try to see what works for the plants

Okay let me break this down for you the reason you're seeing all these options with this is you have to pay attention to all the options some people are running soil some people are running cocoa some people are running mediums some are running Hydroponics some people are running peat moss each one has its own options with soil you need to check the runoff at times to check for salt lock does not needed to be done nowhere near as often with cocoa or Hydroponics because these contain no nutrients the only nutrients there are the ones that I give it but for so the bacteria breaks down the plant material making more nutrients plus what you were giving it this can sometimes lead up to salt lock ask for Coco it has its differences to every time I water I wash out my old nutrients this helps it from building up hydroponic systems you can get salt buildup on the walls which turns to a slime so basically what I am saying is when you take information from people you need to make sure it is directly towards what you are doing even if you have to ask them I hope this helps a little bit more

Yea I get what everyone saying...I do test it ...not everyday...and I've also tried finding out what all the numbers mean and are trying to tell me like if the runoff ph is over 7 what does it mean or if it's like 5 what does it mean...and how I'm supposed to fix it ...I still read up and try to figure things out
