LMAO Cloning For Dummies

That I don't know.... mine fluctuates because I have the flower and veg rooms both in the main room so I keep a window open and a fan blowing cold air in all day...and it's like 16 degrees here

It won't kill them though staying in the mid 60s

They will be very happy overnight in mid 60s temperatures. My thermometer this morning said my tent got down to 57 degrees last night. I'm working things out for the temperature to be around 60 degrees to 65 degrees. I shoot for mid 70s temp during the day.

Here's my temps now first is flower room second is veg room

To keep fresh air flowing means I gotta keep window open and when it's cold outside it gets a lil chilly in the rooms...veg room always runs a lil warmer but it's ok...the colder they are the less they drink I believe and sweat less but then with the fans blowing like crazy I think it cancels that out idk

yours plants are not showing any signs of there being any issues at the moment so I would say you have plenty of air flow the temperature is good for them and your humidity is in a good range and the drinking difference is due to evaporation when it's warmer

Your plants can actually survive a lot colder weather than you would think during the last part of flowering I will always drop my plants down into the low 50s this creates color creates resin production due to stress as long as you don't end up with frost of any kind on your leaves it will cause no damage I have used hoop houses outside throughout the winter and as long as the frost is not form on the plant it does not freeze the cells causing damage

Hell Ive dropped a seedling down to 43 lol... she yellowed out but that's it and within a couple days she was as good as new.

If it is your flowering room I would leave the cool air coming in the cooler your room is the less likely you are going to have any bugs the the cold air makes them sluggish and makes it hard for them to breed this will help control bugs and everything else if the temperature drops more than 10 degrees within your last 4 weeks of flowering this is always a great thing a drop 15 to 20 degrees at this point can change colors massively the purple that you see when this it happens is caused by an antifreeze that the plant is producing in order to keep its cells from freezing which is what creates the purple color and the grape flavor same as trees do in the fall

These temperatures are great the problem with pulling from the basement is the amount of moisture and mold spores that could be in the air best bet would be to put a filter on the outside to clean the air as it goes into your chest so you don't have to worry about it any Critters or mold or anything like that making it through

Ive currently been dropping my temps as low as possible to slow my mites down with good success ontop of spraying. Also added a second big ass fan just for under the canopy which has seemed to have been helping a lot well ontop of the insane defoliation I had to give them mid flower...

That is why I tell you I treat for them until long after I know they are gone they are very tricky Little Critters and very hard to kill as you will come to find out set is

The reason your fan is working to help the keep the bugs down is for the simple fact that the wind blowing the leaves around makes it very hard for them to reproduce and keep everything going they spend more time trying to shelter their self then they are worried about trying to reproduce this slows it along with the cold will slow them down giving you time to treat when I do this I will treat with peroxide and water one day and come back the next day and treat with alcohol and water this way the little bugs don't get immune to what I am doing it's constantly being switched back and forth I use neem oil and other things as a last resort

Yes that's why the fan was added to agitate the bastards lol it's also why I took off 80% of my fan leaves... Any overlapping leaves or leaves causing stagnant air were removed which also happened to be where most of the mites were anyhow... but yeah Ive been doing cold temps and using a spinosad spray along with plain ph'd water in between sprays. They aren't to bad right now and I'm not that far away from harvest I'll be able to keep temps as cold as I want until harvest lol... Come harvest I'll be removing EVERYTHING and cleaning it top to bottom plus baking my ducting and filter.

Funny enough my small grow didn't get a single bug and I had went back and fourth between grows quiet often ontop of them sharing a ducting filter. Same with the clones SO FAR bug free idk how though and if that even remains we shall see lol but I'm going to do extensive cleaning of EVERYTHING around here before those clones go in the tent.

I don't know how you manage to not get them in the other room but I have already learned my mistakes in this area so let me fill you in the only way to ensure you take nothing in to your grow room is before you even get there take a shower and right before you go into your room change clothes even being in the car or in storage you can pick up bugs and other things that will hitchhike their way back and find your plants you can take it and put it 45 feet away from my plants and it will find it so just coming in on your clothes it will wander around the house till it finds the smell it found your flowering room before it found your bedroom it should have been the other way around but you can a skunk he thought he had them all gone and they showed up again he clean the entire room sprayed bleach and everything and still they came back it's not so simple and I really mean this when I say it's really not that simple these bugs are so tiny they can fit into the tiniest little crevice it only takes one for them to survive to cause another mess bugs are your worst enemy in this Hobby the other enemy is the ghetto bird
