LMAO Cloning For Dummies

New thread open called share your ways to increase resin production

And no I will not be closing this one or leaving this one

I am posting this on here in case anyone on here has any that they want to post on there it should benefit everyone by the more experience Growers listing their ways of resin production for the people that are new on the site

I would imagine it's the same theory, stress plant. Plant goes into overdrive with the will to live. BUT where is the imaginary line you could cross that would cause more damage then the plant could turn around for production. Personally I would have to wait until the med closet is full before I would put that one to the test. But that's just me.

In that short. Of time you're not going to really harm the plant that much if you were to split the stem and let's just say two days later your plant dies it's still in Harvest range it just didn't make it through the resin production if you do this and it hermaphrodite it will not have time to mature or pollinate anything so there's no real risk and trying other than a plant I'm all up for it and I have been thinking about it talking about it with a few of the people in the new forums and trying to come up with a plan everybody is hopefully going to share they're resin production secrets

3 days is actually a lot for a plant specialty three days of continuous stress I know three days before my wedding I was stressed and smoking a lot but that's besides the point I am going to attempt the stem splitting on a plant I am going to split a 4 inch Gap at the base of the stem inserting a pencil to keep the two sides from ever touching this will split the flow of nutrients each side is going to have to start to work harder to increase flow which this should increase the stress worst case scenario three days before Harvest doing this if it kills my plants oh well I know not to do it again but it's got me thinking and now I ended up making a whole another thread now I got to see if people will show up

I like the three days in darkness another one that I like to do along with the three days in darkness is the last couple days before I put it into darkness I will quit giving them water this will make it use what's left around in it and what's left in the pot which will allow my buds to dry quicker in the end I don't have as much water weight

But it makes sense to me it makes sense to you it had to of made sense to the person that wrote the article so it's worth one plant I think
I will tag along. I would be trying this and more if I had the extra plants to play with. But as I said earlier this is only my first crop in a long time so I don't want to take a chance with this round. I don't even have the autos in flower yet. Next week will not get here soon enough! And if I wasn't busy enough I am now dealing with a power issue. I'm hoping that a new breaker will fix the problem. I know that I can only replace the same size circuit. So if I don't kill myself replacing the breaker it will be all good...lol

When I start this process I will be posting it on this one and the new one but the plant I plan on doing this with is not ready for Harvest yet she is going on week 7 of a 13 - 14 week flowering cycle

Did you use supercropping on these?

It is not super cropped or topped I prefer Bend training I pulled the top of them over till they are laying directly on their side letting all the side growth grow out as the top gets longer I run it further around the pot once it reaches almost all the way around I will let it go back up each one of these will make a cola I don't have to top my plant nor does it stress it which means it never gets stunted I will post pictures of a younger plant in an earlier stage of been training here in a little bit

Cool, thanks!

This is the beginning 4 of Bend training she's only about 5 inches tall before I pulled her down

notice the string that kind of looks like a spider web it holds it in place creates no harm to plant

These ones are doing it on their own. They germinated a little close together, so the ones at the edges are...laying down... on their sides, side stems growing upward. They seem very happy, so i'm leaving them be. No reason to fix something that ain't broke

A potential problem I see would be when they become really overcrowded and you have to separate them and you find the roots all intertwined.

Yup. Still ok, though, found a large male today that's getting the chop, some getting relocated in 2 weeks (waiting for harvest & angle of the sun to change a bit), then that should do it. Also taking clones soon, just waiting for the males to pop out. ☺

Wild patches grow like this all the time so I don't see anything wrong with it + at the plants still they stay 2 close together they will be full of their self or move their self out of the way the plants instinct is to survive in the ground you really don't have to worry about the roots strangling each other out that much they will fight each other for food but will not kill each other laugh out loud hopefully you know how brothers and sisters get

I have a patch of woods behind my house. The big trees have created a canopy blocking the sun so there is virtually no under growth. Survival of the fittest and all that.

That is a nice patch of kush
Maaaaaan.... it's not even 2 1/2 months old, 1 male has popped, rest are still not sexed /flipped, but you can cut the smell into chunks & bottle it. I have some 9 fingered leaves on them, canopies on the bigger ones are genuinely the size of dinner plates. This is what happiness feels like.

These are 3 month olds. Threw immature seeds on a compost heap, thought the birds could have a little snack. Shaded by 2 massive tree canopies - if they get 1/2 hour sunlight a day, it's a lot. I'm letting them be - if this is how badly they want life, who am i to stop them? Just seeing where this goes...

You can always let mother nature take over with your compost Heat and see if you can beat Mother Nature's potency or if Mother Nature kicks you all over your field
