On Saturday I mixed up 2L of water with 1/2 tsp of Recharge and top fed her. I wanted to make sure that the top couple of inches got nice and wet and that she has plenty of microbes to break down the remaining organic inputs. She's just about due for another feeding.

Pebbles is 54 days old and has been flowering for 23 days and she's still growing. She's gone from 8" on start of flowering to 19" this morning, and I've been LSTing her all through the stretch! Luckily, I have plenty of room in this tent. I'm actually glad she kept growing this long, because now most of the buds will be supported by the second net.

I love that I can stand above her and still see speckles of the bucket/soil through the leaves. Between the floor fan blowing up diagonally and the circulation fan in the @VIVOSUN AeroLight blowing straight down on her, she has a nice breeze rippling most of her leaves. It really allows the AeroLight great penetration into the canopy.

Her trunk is getting nice and thick, and look at that first node branch!

She's still pushing out flowers everywhere. I get the feeling she may go longer than 80 days ;)

Happy Halloween Budman, I try to make sure I drop in and/or catch up at some point on the forums and in your journal, of course-don't want to miss out.
Two days of it Ha double L with my little in different towns. Have a great day!

Enjoy it while you can, all my kids are grown so no more trick-or-treating. It only lasts so long...
So much pistilly goodness on that plant. Definitely born in the right place at the right time!
Thanks Shed, I'm loving all the puff balls on her.
You could carve your initials on that trunk!
Beautiful plant, BudMan
Thanks Carcass, maybe once she's ready to harvest ;)
I think you're right...
She's only 24 days away from 80 now... with a lot of bulking to do!

I fed her again last night, 2/3c of Geoflora Bloom and 2 liters top-watered. Thanks to @Emilya Green and her feeding advice, I'll be giving her 2.5ml/L of Purpinator with each watering from now on. And I have some Sweet Candy coming soon I'll start giving her once a week.

Finishing up the her 8th week, it looks like Pebbles is just about done stretching. She's about 19" tall now and most of her buds are above the net. She's a big girl with a lot of pretty puff balls. I'm happy that I can still see through her middle, which means no defoliation needed. Now it's time for her to start stacking and packing on the bud. I love what she's showing me so far :)

Bellisimo! Bravo! LKAB, mate, what sort of PPFD#'s are you targeting at major stages of this (or any) grow, generally speaking? Also, do you use Photone with an IOS phone? I've tried with both and can't get Android one's to work at all. At any rate, are you confident in the IOS iteration, under this light?

@VIVOSUN, I'm well impressed with your gear and our boy's results. What would you recommend from your entire bag of tricks re: fitting out a 5x5 w/4-5 plants? Emphasis on HVAC and lighting, but hey, go nuts if you wish.

I will give 2 options that I personally would go with. One will be budget friendly and one no budget.

The Crazy No Budget option.
I would use our VIVOSUN VSF6450 To fill the space with Even lighting wall to wall.
At Least 2 Aerowave fans to circulate the air across the canopy.
I would use a VIVOSUN 8-Inch 720 CFM Inline Duct Fan Kit with Carbon Filter and Ducting since it's better to have a bit of extra power in the exhaust.
A 5 x 5 trellis net.
A VIVOSUN 5 Gallon DWC Hydroponic System Kit 4 pack

Then its just getting good genetics.

Budget Friendly Option.
Vs4000
1 Aerowave
1 6 inch inline duct fan kit with carbon filter and ducting
Trellis net
5 pack of fabric pots.

Genetics :)

I'm using Photone on android, calibrated with my light meter. I like photone because it calculates DLI. For my photo grows, I go by Lux or PPFD. With 20hr days, I am looking more at DLI with this girl. That allows me to back the light off a little and get better coverage, but still get 35-40 DLI across the canopy.

For the past couple of weeks, I've just been trying to keep the light 14" away from the tops if possible. The DLI looks pretty good at 13", I may bring it down to 12" to see what it looks like.

Looks like @VIVOSUN got you here. I'd just like to add that I started with their 4x4 'budget' option and ran it for my first four grows, maxing it out at over 2lbs on my fourth grow. Not a bad option at all ;)

Oh, and here's a chart I put together when I started growing. The light height and intensities are for the VS4000, and I still need to add DLI for autos.

I can see the buds stacking up daily now. Looking over her, she really is full of puffballs.

The yellow tips on the leaves never did go away entirely, and now I'm seeing some light colors on some of the top leaves. The lowers look good, it's just the tops.

I just gave her another feeding of Geoflora bloom yesterday. I'm giving her purpinator with every watering now. I added in some Big Bud and Bud Candy today, as least until I get the Sweet Candy. I'm hoping that the recent feeding will turn her around, or at least not get any worse.

Tons of flowers on there and excellent penetration to the lowers!
Thanks Shed, I'm really happy with how the @VIVOSUN Aerolight is performing on this grow.
GF Bloom is 3-5-5, Purp is 0-2-4, and Big Bud is 0-1-3. Just something to keep track of when adding nutes together.
Understood. So, are you saying that I'm pushing the PK too hard, I'm lacking N, or just to keep an eye on it?

BTW, all my research is saying that yellowing in upper leaves and upper leaf tip yellowing points to a sulfur def. I know Purpinator and big bud supplement S as well.

If your lowers are staying green then you should be okay in the nitrogen department. I really just meant keep an eye on it. And sulfur is good for terpene development, so the potassium sulfate will add that to the mix.
Thanks Shed. I'm also somewhat guided by the @GeoFlora Nutrients Advanced feeding chart, which calls for additions of Terpinator and Massive (1-2-3) in bloom. I figured the Bid Bud+Bud Candy is a good replacement for the Massive.

I like to work my way up to max nutes in my reservoir. I've burnt them before when running at max nutes in flower and then putting a max a amount of KoolBloom in too.
I may not be getting the most out of them but burning the buds is a no do over event.

Thanks Shed

i was using a laptop from my old job. They gave it to me at the end of the job, and the business has since gone under. I've been using it for almost a year, and yesterday Bit Locker decided it needed a password. I have no idea what the password is, and have no way to find out. So, I now have a nice $1k laptop that is useless and I'm working on the Chromebook :(

Thanks RD. I'm OK with the res this time, mostly because I just have to add water. I can imagine mixing nutes several times a day would be a bit much. I'm already thinking bout a tote for next time, though.
You can change the hard drive and then re-install operating system and it’ll be fixed. Also if the motherboard has a cmos battery, remove it for 30 seconds and put back.

I hear you. I burnt my last RDWC girls by going to 100% too quickly. I think working your way up to it is best. At least that way if the plants start complaining you can back off. That said, I do plan on pushing this girl in the next couple of weeks.

You don't even need to change the hard drive. There is an option to re-install windows and erase all data. I'm still contacting some people trying to get the key. Meanwhile, I have a new laptop I'm using. I've been meaning to get a backup anyways. I guess I need to get used to working for myself, no IT dept to help with tech problems ;)
