It was the REPS are Right! A contest every Sunday night where you can gain a lot of knowledge. Unfortunately, one of the judges, dresney, had a family emergency and they cancelled tonight, so you didn't miss anything!
:cheertwo:

I hope everything is ok dresney!:bitingnails::hugs::hugs:

LA, should Mick be concerned having a lower node that is also fluxed? Granted your method has proven much thus far, but isn't your feeling that it's success will be due in part to the fact that your 2 primary tops (ends), when calling for nutrients will then be feeding every branch along the way? If yes, wouldn't Mick's first and second tier Fluxes be in conflict?

Good morning Sir Light :) Sorry I disappeared last night. lol We had a power cut which only came back on this morning. Bloody wind is horrendous here :(

I am interested in more info on this as well...I have done a couple of my plants the same way

Hey all yep Skybound you are correct. To be honest the double fluxing is just norm LST. When I go on about my double fluxed waffle, its mainly just for giggles that design. The Idea behind the flux came from ML. So the whole designs idea as you said is flow management. With the two flux ends kept higher (becoming the dominant colas) they call for energy thus feeding the others along the path.
The idea being that the plant will create a loop, calling for energy at ends but having it drawn off before it gets there. So continues cycle!
Mick OZ and ohers have gone double fluxing. As you say it throws the actual flow idea right out the window and becomes more simple LST!
So yes the flow only works on single layer workings such as my girl. A true Flux !

It will be interesting to see how my "Y" girls go mate They REALLY are starting to take off :) Also the "+" shape that you thought I might double flux waffle lol. That, for me, is showing massive yield potential. The comparrisons will be really interesting and, hopefully, helpfl to others wanting to try this innovation of yours Mr Miagi :)

Experimentation? You're WAY too kind........in truth I fooooked them up and am trying to make the best I can out of my cock ups lol :) Hey, if it helps anyone, including me, then it's all good mate :) Still NEED to get to my target (which is a secret between you n me lol ) but I doubt I'll get close.....if I can hit 2/3rds of it I'll be reasonably happy lol :)

Just as a side note to my previous comment, I'm inclined to believe that Mick's plant growing how it is, couldn't the lowest branches each be topped to make them fork at their own first nodes making 2 x 2 which could then be used to fill out the empty space such as you (LA) did when you bent 4 branches back towards the very center?

Edit - side note should have said addon question.

Sky bound, that sounds logical but let's see what LA says as he's the man on this technique.
