That is essentially what I use. I had cut the bottom off a 5gal bucket and use a bucket lid to 'rest" on the the bucket cut. Below the catch basin I made a little table that is 1" high on one side and 2" high on the other to give me a little slope. Then out the bottom of the bucket, I drilled a hole, put in a hydrofarm grommet, then a 1/2" plastic barb/MPT fitting that connects to the drain hose into my res. It does hold a little extra water, but as long as the light is blocked, no algae will grow.
 
Lol. Just done the tour of shops......I THINK the green coloured supermarket does just the lids for big storage boxes so that'll be "plan f" lol :)
 
I just went to me local 'ardware store and managed to find some cheap washing up bowls ... Those red ones in some of my pictures, I don't know if you've seen them ? :)

But I only use them as suitable transportation at the moment because I spent zero amount of time on my drainage system ...

Good ol' shower cubical :)

No fighting for the loo or shower in our house though :surf: mate lol. Reckon I might have cracked it :grinjoint:

Yep I leave minimum on untill when I'll start letting her build some vertical growth just before flowering.
 
Awesome work mate :thumb: I can't believe the amount of growth since your last bondage (which, incidentally, shows your past vocation wasn't wasted lol) session :) I think Gitt is a REAL masterpiece in the making :)
 
How much longer before you put her into flower? She looks so cool! I think I'm more excited to see your girl start flowering than I am for my own.:cheesygrinsmiley:
 
Not entirely sure, maybe another fortnight till I flip as not happy with her quite yet. Thanks by the way my friends! :)
 
Your not the only one my friend another 3 weeks till flip I reckon to be honest as I want big build upwards before flipping.
