Layering, it does seem as if I've heard of that before but don't recall what it is. Can you explain?
 
So basically you put a part of the stem just touching or below the ground to get it to grow roots. It gives it an anchor and allows it to draw nutrients and water from an extra source.

Way back when it seems, talk was indeed had about this option. I toyed with the idea of rooting all limbs at the bottom heal, also the ends of flux arms. To be honest its something ill mess with at some point. Just to much going on before I start messing again with the core of fluxing! :)

At the end of the day it would confuse the flow dynamics. As flow us the basis of my thinking with fluxing my head says it might prove detrimental in the end! :)
 
Damn LA, I'm pretty sure you got fluxing down to a mad science over there! Each their own. I haven't done a good experimental tech grow in a long time. Maybe I'll try doing some some flux layering here in the next one, just for you ;)

Yep she looks set for vert phase. Just remember the key factor of this next stage, we open up all the growing tips immature foliage as often as is possible. This will help stack node points and give better colas structure! :)

Lol no topping now or again at all with your flux :) just let all tips face upwards then open the tiny immature leaves up as often as you can :)

One year tooooo long--- Love life's little jokes or as Richard Prier said in the movie Moving "Life is not one big joke it is a bunch of little jokes lined up slapping you in the face." :) I am glad to be back. In the middle of relocating once more. But I hope it is for the last time. At least for two or more years anyway:circle-of-love:

Am I correct in assuming this is being done under the sun? Or a mix of in/outdoor?

It's ok SantB. Just because I've read it doesn't mean I can't read your post again. She's an outy & only comes inside to be trained & photographed. We're basically indoor growers but we always do at least one fire escape girl each season.

Yeah, I only noticed after first post that she was almost 5 months old! Not sure how I missed the giant blue font.. Seemed like a long veg til it clicked - outdoor!
Cool, that's what I wanted to hear. I have a few Barneys LH and LSD seeds, at least 1 of each will be outdoors and was planning an outdoor flux on 1 of them, probably the LH.
Even more keen to see what happens now.
