OK I get your concerns, firstly your medium will be fine. Capn style gives great anchorage for the root system. If you remember Skybounds comments on checking root mass on your thread, this is a prime example. You can check the root mass as the chunks will be held nicely together by your root system.
As for moving etc. A flux is held firm in training, so is really easy to transport etc.
For training tethers etc you must get the nice plastic coated garden wire. You can start really gentle right in the home she is in now and go gradual on-potting up. Or straight to final home, it would work well either way.
If you do want to get going once all is said and done then just take all other lower branch points off now. Leave the foliage by all means. Then 2 simple loops around the two top points, attached to the lip of your little cup. Just go gentle on the bending down or these points. Then just let her grow on removing the over under nodes as she grows.
