No mate don't go. I can only assume your referring to the training method of "main lining" ?
The flux shares many similarities but by no means the same style.
This place for me n oz certainly wouldn't be the same without u

A fair and acceptable choice my friend! I couldn't imagine what choices you must be facing, but as a community I think I can say we support you in your decisions to come. This just goes to show that LIFE is real, and this is mostly just an escape (at least for me), but even while having a good time online, LIFE goes on. :passitleft:

Big ups to you man, and your growing techniques. You definitely have left a mark on the growing community, so I doubt your name will be forgotten any time soon. LONG LIVE THE FLUX :high-five::bravo:

It's Ok buddy :) I'll be about for a bit yet my friend. It wasn't Mainlining either lol.
Simply all the hype about fluxing went to my head a little and I started thinking I perhaps had a shot at doing it for a living. Finding out that its been around in exactly the same form for ages has just woken me out of my daft stupor of thinking I'd done something great and original for growers. This not being so; has just made my efforts at a future growing in US seem clearly unattainable. So I'm moving on is all. As said I'll be around until Gitt is finished.
 
Cheers everyone :) My bloody day can't get much worse!. My laptop hasn't got Word on it lol. I have my book on a disk and flashdrive and went to start up again and I aint got the sodding program !!!! So my writing is now on hold till I can get the buggering program. He he! what fun is life. AHHH!!!!!

Open Office or Google Docs open word files for the most part mate.

Thank you kindly. I am still looking forward to your journal and seeing how many grams you can pull off of your Gitt! I still believe this is an excellent technique to use for small plants or limited plant counts. I thank you for bringing this technique to everyone's attention. I have used this technique for years but never named it. Hmmmmm, shocked is the word I'm looking for. Mate, there are VERY few original ideas left to discover regarding most things in life......the "clever" guy (gal) is the one who takes an idea and MAKES it better :) Ferrari didn't say "sheeeeeet, Henry's gone and invented a car", Dyson didn't say " Bollox, henry's invented the hoover" (I'm joking on that one....I KNOW HENRY HOOVER didn't invent the vacuum cleaner lol), Goodyear/Mitchilin?firestone...etc STILL make tyres.......and so it goes on. Hey Jude don't be afraid, to take a sad song and make it better.........Wise words young Beetle guys!
 
Since when do we have to be original to pass on things to others?

Does one have to be the only one fluxing to have a legit shot at making a legal living doing this? Not that interested myself. Just trying to learn, help mom with meds, pass on to others what I learn.

Personally LA I think you're an asset to the entire MJ (not just MMJ) community. You do have something to pass on. You likely could make a living if that was your goal. But you might gain more joy receiving thanks from those you help along the way.

No, seriously everyone your words have been most kind. I believe I just had a bit of a meltdown earlier. It was simple really, I had put so much stock in this style/design that I just got the wind knocked out of my sails a bit, once I realized it wasn't mine lol! I'd got into my head that this was going to be my path to perhaps a shot at legitimacy.
I have since listened to my good friends on here. Also had a right kick in the ass from Mrs LA! (We've come to far and invested to much for you to stop now) I paraphrase as not to offend with blue language. I kid you not! After making an ass of myself I hope you dont think any less of me.
So simply put I apologize most profusely and can only state that I ain't normally a guy for daft drama :). In short I ain't going no where!!!!! I will drop off a little once Gitt is done as I am going to finish my book. Yet growing is in my blood as is this great site.
So once more please forgive my earlier stumble into a negative place. Other things in life seem to be coming to a head all at the same time if you get me! :)

it looks fluxing fantastic bro,

nice work, had a few problems so playing catch up again, im a bit unsure how safe i am growing at the minute due to some conversations ive been having, im really hoping it does not put me at risk and i can continue to grow and produce my own meds, i certainly cant afford to pay street prices.

plant looks awsome buddy, well done.
 
also make sure you got plenty of air moving around as you get further into flower, one problem i had when i done a short plant with many tops was the top of the soil get some sort of fungus/mold forming on it, luckily i was beneficial and not harmfull but it was caused by lack of air moving at soil level so the moisture was staying up high and causing some issues, i didnt have problems with bud rot or pm but i did add extra fans to move air lower down the plant just at pot level
