OMM!!!! :) :) its our number one goal now, were full on blinkered towards getting over to you asap my friend! We will indeed be living it up and plenty of good times will be had :) :) he he and that will hopefully be an understatement :)
 
OK Plant structure and what effects this and why do I manage to get thick set limbs :)

Well it aint all me lol. Its a combination of many differing factors.

Genetics
Temps
Lighting type
Soil
Training

So I put all my limbs of my girls under a constant pressure. The tethers I use are adjusted daily, yet I keep a constant tension on my limbs. They're all basically supercropped. This in itself builds the limbs structure up :)

Then we have the fact that I use the wrong Kelvin CFLs for my vegging! This is simply as they have always been my bulbs and when I get good results who cares right! :) Yes it means keeping my eye on them and fussing more with keeping light distance at a real minimum etc.

My temps are low so growth is slow which also will help the build. My soil is on its umpteen run through so its packed full of goodness!

In short lol its just a bunch of variables that if they come together you get a nice stocky girl! :)

420 Magazine is a truly special place and something I have a passion for!
I was just a auto grower and had never researched or looked at any site or anything. Then I made the change to photo strains. Now I'd always borrowed my grow stuff, then bartered myself a ancient 400hps.
This was the point of me joining 420 :)
I'd been winging it before this point as it were:) anyway I found this site first, never looked back! Never been elsewhere!
I posted a couple of questions in the FAQ section. Got loads of really great folk giving great advice. Advice that you new to be earned. :)
After interest from pics I posted, I was convinced into starting a journal!
So from humble nothingness when I found my home here to a lucky git that is lucky to be sponsored so much!
All this I owe to 420 and everyone here! :) :)

So yep in my mind I owe a debt to this great community! I found a simple joy in helping others :) Its also given me my direction in life, brought me peace and contentment. Then above all else it has given me a family that I honestly love! I class a good number of folk on here true and close friends!
(Hence now saving to go see OMM and Chronic in Hawaii) :)

Sorry for my ramblings lol its just I'm here to stay, I'm a 420 lifer and wwanted to explain its just this place not so much me :) :)
 
Welcome k0ncept! :) not much been going on so far!

Things are gonna kick off here soon though, as my flower lot from my other journal is going to be done over the next couple of weeks! This frees my space with LED to become veg area and then ill pot up and get em going for real. It won't be long more than a week or so before going in the tent to flower em out under my Light Wave schedule! :)

I'll say this for the family here @ 420.....everybody is sooo kind and always willing to give great solid advice....LA is happy to spread his vast knowledge....king john..... B I D also did whilst he was here..... Id absolutely love to meet everybody on here in person & just chill with them & vape with them!!! Big green dreams to everybody!!!! :volcano-smiley:
