Happy 420 Everybody. Hope everyone is enjoying themselves with a fat bag of weed and what a bonus not having to share because of this isolation malarkey. Those party size spliffs take some smoking on your own though! Lol

I’ve just poked my head in the tents and checked on the garden tonight as I’m pretty baked right now. All seems well with the males. I haven’t looked in on them for nearly two days and I was happy to see how well they are coming along.

Considering three of these plants haven’t had a res change in 6/7 weeks and I’ve only been topping them up with old leftovers from the main tent they have been pretty cheap to grow and should pay dividends for very little effort.

Here are the lucky ladies getting ready for some pollen action. It’s going to get funky up in here soon!

Happy 420 Penny, I’m chuffing on French Macaron from TH Seeds at the moment. It’s Gelato 33 x French cookies. Great flavour, I rate it big time. How about you buddy, bet you’ve got some fire!

I need to get a good Chem that you would recommend Penny. I’ve got Mephisto Creme de la Chem that I grew at the start of this journal and it’s up there with the strongest weed I’ve ever smoked but it doesn’t really hit the flavour profile that I’ve heard Chem being described as. I’d like try some other breeders so I can get familiar with the strain. Where would you suggest getting some mate?

Penny recommended the Hashplant D for me and now I can recommend that one to you lol. That strain is awesome and there is some nice variety in amongst the pheno's.

Nice one P I’ll have to try them. I know you were very impressed with yours. I can see me buying regular seeds from now on and I’d like to get a good seed stock together through breeding so sounds like it should be a good addition.

Its from Bodhi Seeds. They have a few other Chem crosses as well. They have the Chem D, Chem #4 and the Chem 91 all crossed with the 88/G13 Hashplant as well as some crossed with their Wookie strain. I dont know much about the Wookie though.

How are you finding the Exotic Genetix strains? I think I'm in love with the Double D's. I've never had weed that smells like this. Its crazy Lew

Humboldt CSI has some Chem 91 S1 in stock last i looked. It’s the Skunk VA cut reversed. I believe the Wookie is The White x GSC

Hopefully get to try them all, they all sound great. With the Exotic strains I’ve had my eye on or should I say nose on the Cheap Trick Male. Nice growth on that one as well. The Guicy Banger female is a beast of a plant that I’m looking forward to crossing with the crumbled Lime. They all look decent though and I’m even more excited after what you’ve said about your double d’s! Lol

It’s 22 days since I flipped the Male plants and things are starting to take shape. There is little to choose between the Exotic Genetixs Chocolatina and Cheap Trick. Very similar growth and structure, they look very good plants for this project. The Crumbled Lime Male is also a very pretty plant and looks to be leaning on the indica side with quite a short and stocky structure. The Guicy Banger was late to the party as this plant got flipped with the girls so I’m not sure on that one yet. Here are the latest pics.

In the main flower tent tonight the stretch is in full swing now. It’s been two weeks since these plants got switched to 12/12 and thankfully we’ve had no more surprise males! I’ll be switching them over to bloom nutes next res change which should be in the next day or two. Apart from taking a few shots and checking the ph not much else to report.
