thanks,, I do,, most of the time,, (we used to have more eye candy,, but layoffs take their toll), at least we encourage the sexual harassment,, so that's a plus,, and the drug ploicy here is pretty liberal..
they drug test you, if you come back negative,,, they give you some.. :rofl:

question..... I looked everything over,,, but if I missed some, how bad will it be if I end up smoking some, or will it spread to the rest of teh weed in teh jar,,, I figure after it is dry, it shouldn't spread..

I think I got it all,, but just in case..

DJMattzOr, I'll have to inspect my purchases much more closely than I have been, at least if I ever have to purchase meds again.

If you have a portable microscope or jeweler's loupe of around 10x that you use to check trichs, you can also use it to look for mold spores. They looks like small white dots, not the typical stalk and cap of a trich. I always check out my purchases now after my friend showed me I was smoking this.
 
Moldy weed, when I caught it, went straight into the bubbler. It caught most of the crud off of the plant. I have allergies to mold, and it didn't give me too much trouble.

Got most of my DWC stuff today. Had a slight fiasco with the Ona Gel and altitude. Things packed at sea level tend to explode when sent up this high. So we have a lovely smelling house right now :) New Journal link is in my siggy . Hope to see you there!

When we travel, everything liquid goes in gallon ziplock baggies. If it explodes, its contained in the baggie.

Lesson learned :)

Most of the time Doritos and stuff like that are really inflated. If it isn't you know that it isn't air tight. Shampoo explodes still, I've grabbed some off the shelf with residue on it LOL

You should hear Plasma TV's Scream at altitude like Mandrakes. I've been told by a builder up here we can't have plasma tv's because they scream from the atmospheric pressure at altitude...
 
Very interesting. What is the actual altitude? I'm at approx 200 above sea level and have driven up a mountain to about 3500 feet without a problem. You must be talking higher.

I live at 9100 feet. It happens when I drive down the pass, or when I go to Denver, or Vail. It's the rising and lowering of the altitude that develops pressure. Like If I took my stuff from this altitude, and brought it lower to say 3500 feet, the container will appear to be sucked in. If I brought it back up, it would be expanded. Hope that explains it good enough.

One reason for gtrowing my own, is so I don't have to worry about smoking bad stuff.. I threw what I could see away, I just wanted to know how paranoid I shold be in checking every piece before packing it into a bowl.. :)

that must be why, sometimes shampoo or stuff like that (when bought online) comes in with stuff leaking,, from shipping across the country,, going up and down in altitude?

9100 ft.. so, you get light-headed up there? must be easier to get high? I climbed Mt Washington as a kid,, I don't remembr the alt.... and each year I go snowboarding at Jay PEak,, tehy get elevation 4000 at the peak,, 9100... I got to get out that way some time :)
 
ok,, so, I feel like such an idiot...

we replaced the pvc intake this weekend,, and man what a difference. We had a 2ion pvc pipe running from the closet upstairs to the room,, we rplaced it with a 4" pvc pipe..

I am so stupid for trying to save a few bucks in the beginning,, didn't think that it would have been so restrictive,, we got more than twice the airflow now (it feels like it anyways) temps are already down,, avg now is 81, and humidity has dropped to a range of 56-64% (it was running an avg of 68-70%)

this week we are supposed to get another round of heat and humidity,, so we will see how it holds up..
 
Oh, almost forgot,,

On the bubbleberry,, we got 39 grams dried off of one, and 42 off the other. In jars now,, smells very nice, strong smoke.. first time I put a bowl down, in the middle of smoking it, in a very long time. It hits you hard and fst,, real heavy high, couchlock,, then after about 30 minutes, it drops to about 80% of where you were,,, and maintains there for a while..

this is probably the best stuff I have ever smoked... I am very happy...
