Lemon OG Candy Philosopher Seeds From Cannapot

I'm seeing 4 slightly different phenotypes out of 4. I like variety.
There's the Stank soil one that looks all sativaish.
Then there's the one that looks like it has mittens on.

And the extremely tall sativaish variegated.

I wonder if you can taste variegation... Chrolophyll breaks down in dried and cured bud, but the compounds it breaks down into still contribute to the smoke, you'll have to let me know if you notice a difference in the end product. If any difference, I'd expect smoother smoke.

Rumor has it this one tastes very different. I'll be interested in the chlorophyll being less.

I spoke of the plant getting traction and taking off after transplant at some point. I think these are showing that they have taken well to rooting and have begun noding up almost overnight. The top colas seem to be doing that now. Also there's a race to the top going on too. Here they are.

This, the fourth day from water, was the first AACT (actively aerated compost tea). It's the flowering one from The Rev. and it is on time (about) two weeks before flipping the lights to 12/12. They were drooping slightly. They also increased the amount of water they held to 2 gallons before any runoff. Tea's get applied no more than every 10 days.
I'm happy to see them taking to this soil so well. If this AACT kicks in as stated I should see even better growth. It's hard to believe, these things are going nuts now! Pics tonight when they un droop some.
Flipping at the end of next week if things keep going like this.
Speaking of going nuts. The tall one had another pinching session today. I can't have this one getting any bigger before stretch. Looks like a pinch every 5th day keeps her height pretty static but gives nodes a chance to stack. I was hoping to see the others catch up to her but we"ll see. It's looking like a long shot. Later

IDK if applicable in soil, but maybe the concept is universal? In hydro, I try to use AACTs as much as possible which in my laziness translates to twice a week, sometimes 3. I don't require the bennies to break down the elements or metals into food, but I do need them to clean my roots of anything bad and bring out some chelators which in turn greatly assists with uptake. Because my nutes are balanced the way they are, I don't have to fret of over using the bennies, but perhaps it's different in soil, that's the part I struggle to understand.

Maybe someone can answer that, can there be too much microbial activity in a soil for roots?

Let's just say that I have never found a point where my plants start complaining about too many AACTs. There are more microbes in a teaspoon of soil than there are people on the earth. I don't think we are going to find a practical limit in our gardens, and if there was ever too many microbes and they managed to eat all the food... they would simply die off when the food got scarce.

Ok now! It seems the AACT kicked ass. They grew at at least an inch in 24 hours. Even the pinched tall one I'm trying to keep at bay. I had them scheduled for 5 more days in Veg. All I can say is one day at a time. That tall one is making this an interesting grow. I might have to break the weed shrinker out . Lovely problem to have.

On the Rev soil front. I mixed a double batch today and it came up about 5 gallons short in the barrel. I think using a different brand and form of coco may have done it. I poured 2 gallons of water in so maybe it will plump up some. It was quite dry. WE'RE COOKING NOW
