Lemon OG Candy Philosopher Seeds From Cannapot

I read my record in the grow area and I watered her this morning with the big bloom at 4:00 am. Time will tell. Here she is sitting pretty in the kings throne. 28 inches from the soil to the top. She's the odd pheno in the bunch.

In a short time of 8 hours or so these two plans are showing this. Magnesium def? @Emilya what do you think? I can't help but think it's time to put them in the next pot. This soil that has worked well in the past might not be as super as it should be when asked to perform at this level. They all got the Big Bloom. None of these are the one that was underwatered.

yes, I am thinking they are looking a little root bound at this point. Something isnt right.
I'm not surprised. This is the most time I've let a plant live in this soil. I'm glad to have tested it. It's a benchmark for the future to judge my soils. I'll get to these ladies this afternoon when the lights come on. The original tall pheno is actually not getting worse. I think the Big Bloom helped there.

Can you core it ?

I put them in new pots yesterday. I saw enough roots to say they were bound.
So some things led me to believe they needed potting up.
They changed posture. They took on an over watered look with the large fan leaves arching down and inwards.
The color went to a lighter green.
Thy went from needing water every two days, to a longer time period.
They showed a deficiency.

If the soil had all they needed, would they have gone rootbound? I wonder.
Here's some pics. Well I got distracted and got only one but it shows what went on under the soil. I have to remember I can look at them any time I want in plastic. I should have.
I was so burnt out I didn't get any other pics yesterday. I topped them too. I'll start LST today. Whew they fit in the tent so far. It's going to get crowded in a hurry.

Core as in essentially @Derbybud might confirm this for me but you can drill small holes in the pot like coring ... it allows more air to travel to the roots helping with root bound issues .

Just learned about this not long ago ?

Maybe something to look into ? Next time of course . Those roots are all over the place lol more roots more fruits though .

That's a cool concept if I had no larger pot to go to. I'll keep it in mind. New things every day. Thanks Man.

Hey otter Joe called me over here to let you know how I core my plants. I grow in coco and only in 3 gallon pots so at times things get a bit tight in the root section. So I found if I take a wire (I use 12 gage nomex) and push it into the top, down into the coco but not to the bottom of the pot it gives the nutes someplace to go. With my 3 gallon pots I poke like 6 holes. Then in a few days I'll do it again in different areas on different angles to different depths. I found that they really start to drink again and the plants start looking better. Hope that helps if not holler at me as I do wonders with a bar napkin.

Hi Derby, thanks for the help. @Kingjoe83 you too. I hadn't thought of that. Super idea Derby. I happen to have up-potted yesterday and expect a full recovery but this is another tool in the box for future use. Happy Sunday
