Hi Leftout I'm late to this party! I have gone to CXB 3590's from CF grow, 200 watts, full spectrum, around $220 US, not sure of the ppfd , but my plants are growing as fast or faster than with a 600 W MH/HPS versus two dual lights @ 400Watts and of course far less heat and the pix look great!

How about imports directly from China? Do you pay a higher duty than usual? I know a QB board maker in China ... you'd have to do some DIY but the price is good. Check out @Amy Gardner 's (in Australia) journal. She built a small panel.

Well i could try that... but so far my best bet is Hydro mars or viparspectra... but I need to get th biggest light possible for 400$ CA....
