I'm afraid you have to dig deeper, your lenses are directly over the individual leds I see...

How much does it effect do you think?

For me, Seedlings range from 5000-10000 Veg cycle ranges from 20000-35000 and flower ranges 35000 to 50000. These are pics of current light conditions.

When top 3 cm dry and pot becomes light but it has saturated section of soil since i transplantes it to big pot, for the first one i am talkin about. It is still wet/moistured.
