Lady Gaea's CBD Soil Grow #2: Time For Some Magic

I made some coconut oil infusion today
And gummies die tomorrow

Pretty cool machine. I was left with a fine silt at the bottom. It mashed the herb pretty well and I lost about 250 ML of the alcohol between evaporation and absorption into the dried herb at 130 degrees and 6 hours of processing.

They look awesome Scorpio!!! Yum! I may have to do that. Did you make your own oil? I'm afraid I might blow something up trying...lol. Drinking some spiked apple cider with mine. Hopefully I want be a puddle on the floor when hubby gets home!

I just used infused coconut oil...it's real easy.....
And it was fun....isnt cooking supposed to be fun.

Please do! Always nice to have the company Lady A! I will certainly give this machine a workout and report back. To be sure, I will put it through the ringer. I was amazed at how well it ground up the herb! Not as good as my Vitamix is at giving a pounding, but two totally different machines and applications. I threw in my decarbed buds intact without grinding them first. I tried my first tincture batch tonight. I have crippling arthritis and 2 tears in my rotator cuff. I used a 1/2 cc & my whole body unclenched! No head high but a bit of a body high. I will up the next dose a bit. It took the edge off. Promising! I am tough on my kitchen equipment, so we will see how it holds up. Cheers! LG

Same here. I have killed so many appliances that it is shocking. My husband did the math a few years ago and found we would save money if we bought commercial equipment. It's not meant to be pretty sitting on the counter, but it sure does take a beating! I'll never go back to standard household equipment.

The girls get some Happy Frog on today! Transplant! I love these Rapid Rooters. They take the stress out of the transplant I think, for me and the girls...lol. Some nice roots, and again, all my seeds germinated! I love Seedsman! And! I finally figured out how to resize my photos! I don't have to blast pictures out there! I am slow to progress!

Ready for a little Happy Frog right about now!

Made a little hot cocoa tonight, as it was a bit chilly. I put a little OG Kush tincture in it. Just a wee bit. I am starting off slow because I don't know how hard it will hit. You can really taste the Kush and I only used about 1cc. Not enough to feel out of it but just enough to relax the muscles. I manage to transplant the girls, make dinner, and clean up. It does not sound like a lot, but that's an improvement!

I would love to know how many "closet" pot growers are out there. I recently 'fessed up to a lot of my family and friends that I have a "Secret Garden". I smoked when I was younger, just for the sake of getting the "high". Now I am that crazy, batty aunt that grows weed in her laundry room! lol... Truly medicinal and....a bit for pleasure, I admit. This plant may very well unlock a huge amount of doors slammed shut by Big Pharma. I am tired of being a medical test rat for dangerous drugs. I want SAFE relief, and I want to see this plant studied for all that it can be. It's various terpenes and cannabinoids must not be isolated and synthesized alone; the synergy must be kept intact! Bad day at work...I am fired up to start a war tonight!

Closet grower and smoker here...literally lol. Smoked very little in high school, went into the military right after, smoked a little during my first enlistment (everyone was doing it lol) but didn't touch it the rest of my career. Now that I've retired from the service, and have my medicinal recommendation, and now that it's becoming recreationally legal in my state, I have begun to tell a few close friends and family that I am growing. More for the fact that I am excited about sharing my buds that I grow with my friends! Can't wait to grow some of these strains that I picked up!

Also, I got my chair, bowl and lighther. Ready for the show!

Nice to have you over Coop! I have to say, I love watching these little girls grow. I love working in soil. My Mum had a greenhouse and I remember the smell of the soil, breathing in the plant scrubbed air, and hearing the crushed stone under my feet. The memories...I love it also because these plants have so much more to offer than just chillin with some tunes and some friends. I thank you VERY much for your service to our country! I enjoy my freedom because of so many that suffered a great cost and I am thankful. Enjoy watching your plants grow and reap all of the healing power they have to offer!

Here's a quick dinner for one...hubby is at work late.
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of homemade yogurt
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen red raspberries
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds (shhhh...don't tell the girls!)
a handful of baby spinach leaves
a little bit of CBD OG Kush tincture

YUMMY!!!!

Thanks Lady A! It's almost gone. I love my Vitamix for nights I know I need to eat, but don't want to cook. One of my best investments!
