Thanks for coming along for the ride everyone. This is the best update I’ve done so far because the ladies are growing for me and struttin’ their stuff.
SCENT TEST EXPERIMENT – WOOHOO
As I was defoliating selectively, I decided to give the leaves the, duh duh duh, “can you tell, the smell” test…drum roll please…
Thank you SHED SAID! hahaha
Indica Lady #1 – Sniff sniff sniff, like a doggy, then off to Sativa Lady #2, sniff sniff sniff. Okay…the results are in!
Indica Lady #1 is SWEET – no coffee – almost like a pastry sweet. Mmmmm
Sativa Lady #2 is COFFEE – no sweet – And I mean distinctly Colombian coffee bean scent. Very exciting news! I have never smelled leaves like this before, what an experience! I wish I could capture this smell because the meds are going to be unbelievable.

Indica Lady #1 – 1 gallon
This little lady was actually first to spit out pistils. I took a two leaf sets off in the top middle, it opened her right up so the lower branches could get some light. After I did that, she opened her wings and took off.

Sativa Lady # 2 – 2 gallon
She is a roaring beauty. I have to say, she evokes the dragon spirit in me. Look at her serated edges with precision of fine weaponry. YES, I’ve been playing video games, helps distract me. Hahahaha. This growing majestic mountainous lady is growing exponentially (new word I learned lol), and she’s reaching for my light. I hope she is loving life right now.

Gorgeous plants G2, and at 32 days I'd say a little over 1/3 of the way unless this is the fastest auto ever! That clone in flower is one of the reasons most people don't intentionally clone autos. But since yours was an accident, might as well

1/3 and my sativa is raising the roof. Gosh, I guess I'm gonna be okay...so far...don't want to jinx it. You're right, now I have the pictures embedded in my brain. Great for the memory bank.

HAHAHAHAHA - well to be honest, I am an INDICA girl, I only use sativa 20%. But Lady #2 with the sativa character traits makes me dream of what she will be like. I suppose I should have writting All Day I Dream About SEEDS to my success...hahahahaha

Lady Grow Tips...
Did you know...that you can increase your yield by simply pulling leaves out slightly, to open up the crevice between the node and the leaf. Also, by adding additional sunlight into those important nodes, it will also give you more width to your buds.
WHY do tip spreading?
As you can see in my photo a zigzag pattern at the top of my primary stalk. From mid veg to early flower I am gently pulling the leaves apart and this creates the zigzag pattern.
How does this create wide and big buds?
When you have a zigzag pattern you are decreasing the stretch between internodes. So instead of letting the plant stretch up, I'm kinda training for width. You continue doing this right up past the stretch. It's tedious work, but if you have ocd tendencies like me, then you'll be happy to have something to work on everyday.
This will give you full buds, without the cost.
I've gone through a lot this week because I stood up for what I believe in. That is why we are here, to lead a life of positive change...and let it begin with me...

Lady...what you accomplish day to day is an inspiration to us all! These plants are just lovely! That's going to be some great medicine right there!
