I absolutely love the lengths you go to to wake your seeds.Good Morning Captain.
I checked on the child this morning and it had not budged out of that plug even with the help from yesterday. Soooo,
I removed it from the plug thinking I would just toss it. The poor lil' thing had a tiny tap root curled up. But, it was still white and there is some green to the cotyledon. There was a piece of membrane stuck to it keeping the coty closed. I removed that, and planted it into the edge of one of the siblings' cups. I used an eye dropper to put some moisture on and around it. Last ditch effort, we'll see what happens.
Thank you Trala.I absolutely love the lengths you go to to wake your seeds.
I do too!
Every one is a grow adventure I might be able to embark on. Every one matters to me.
I hope she wakes, but if she doesn’t, I love you did your best to help her.
While I wait for my own flowers to flower, I brought home some from a friend yesterday. This is Kush Mintz, and it smells divinely like mint with a hint of Mentho-Lyptus.
This is supposed to help with anxiety among other things according to leafly:
Kush Mints is a hybrid weed strain made from a genetic cross between Animal Mints and Bubba Kush. This strain is 50% sativa and 50% indica. Kush Mints is a potent and flavorful strain that has a minty and cookie-like aroma and flavor, with hints of gas and pine. It has a balanced high that is both relaxing and euphoric, with a pleasant body buzz and a creative mind. Kush Mints is 28% THC, making this strain an ideal choice for experienced cannabis consumers. Leafly customers tell us Kush Mints effects include feeling relaxed, euphoric, and aroused. Medical marijuana patients often choose Kush Mints when dealing with symptoms associated with anxiety, stress, and depression. Bred by Mr. Nice Seeds, Kush Mints features flavors like mint, menthol, and pine. The dominant terpene of this strain is limonene. The average price of Kush Mints typically ranges from $15-$20 per gram. Kush Mints is a rare and exclusive strain that is not widely available, so if you find it at your local dispensary, don’t hesitate to try it out.
Anybody try it, love it, hate it, so-so?

She will grow into a monster,It was really slow to come back, even the time lapse didn't show much. But this morning I see a tiny little first leaf sticking out like a little tongue.
I've named it Tyff, which means Thank You For Faith.
Hoping for Francinestein. If it makes it through the rough patch, maybe later we'll upgrade the name. LOLShe will grow into a monster,
A Frankenstein or Francinestein
Was it a fem or reg, im guessing reg with your comment. My prayers are with you for a FrancinesteinHoping for Francinestein. If it makes it through the rough patch, maybe later we'll upgrade the name. LOL
The Phatt Frutty seeds came from an outdoor grow a couple years ago at a friends. He doesn't remember anything about them, except that it wasn't an auto. We shall see. If I start getting signs of an auto, I will have to make another area for it. Prepared for that. It's the same situation with the Peanut Butter Breath and Purple Haze. I had to take what I could get at the time to get started. They were free....we like free. Was it a fem or reg, im guessing reg with your comment. My prayers are with you for a Francinestein
I popped 7 seeds i had some from seedbank and some from plants I'd grown not sure what seeds were what because I tried to germinate them 2 years prior and had just left them sitting on the rockwool block for the 2 years ( forgot about em) then before I discarded them I put them all in a glass of water just before I went away for 5 days when I got back 7 of the 9 had shot tails out so I transplanted them and so far 6 of them have been males and I think the 7th is tooThe Phatt Frutty seeds came from an outdoor grow a couple years ago at a friends. Dayam! I don't know a whole lot about how this guy grows, I try not to go over there any more often than I have to. His place is a mess! I did take a walk through it one year, it was literally like a forest. His daughter took care of the harvesting etc., and he can't get any solid answers from her. Couple of them were hermaphrodites out of the 7 .
Hopefully you have better luck
Omg me too!So, the next thing I need to get into place is something to up pot the kids. I cannot afford buying pots right now, and refuse to spend money where I don't have to. DIY-ER forever!
I actually use plastic pots, and I’m still using the pots I started growing with when I started here. I wash them after every grow.I tore the garage and basement apart trying to find any of my homemade Canna Bags from my previous grows.. I only found two, and they had been used for at least three grows. They were looking a bit ragged, I've soaked them and will be throwing them into the washer today.
Oh good job!Now I had to remember how I made these things and I realized I had posted a thread way back in 2013 with the How-to.
DIY fabric Grow Pots Canna Bags using Eco Felt
Now to find my Eco Felt......
I think seeds look beautiful and you have captured it wellI can't wait to get going with close up photos. I have better camera equipment now to make improvements. This is one of a series I took in 2015-ish from a plant I hermied intentionally for the seeds. A fresh seed ready to drop.
