Your cat might let you know what you can expect from your harvest...mellow, rowdy, talkative, hungry, glassy eyes, confused...keep a eye on him/her:rofl:

My current recipe is just a starting point, so feel free to experiment to your taste!

1 day's serving
Approx 15 leaves - decent size (add more to equal what would be a full size fan leaf if your leaves are really small)
1 apple
1 carrot

Currently, I'm multiplying this recipe by three. I haven't had the energy to juice every day, but I can make a bigger batch to put in the fridge. I just don't recommend juicing more than three days worth, though. Most of what I've read says it isn't good past three days. Dose at least three times a day to keep a steady supply in your system..... 1/3 cup with each meal might be a good way to keep track. My preference is to dose four times a day at 1/4 cup.

It won't be long! Candy flowered way before Betty. Actually, Candy is much happier in 12/12 than at anytime she was in veg. I would wager yours will respond very well with all the extra veg time you gave her. :)

She is stretching a lot...keep lowering her, she is on pots to get her as high as the other girls ...
Poor Green doc....she is still vegging..just no room for her yet

Looking good Lady A, I'm envious of your flowers. Mine haven't appeared as of yet but I'm about 3 weeks behind you. Great job on the defoliation, very neat and even.

I've been making breakfast smoothies with trimmed leaves for the last few days and loving it. My recipe is:
50g rolled oats
1 medium ripe banana
1 large spoonful of 100% peanut butter
1 large handful fresh spinach leaves
1 large handful fresh cannabis leaves

Blend with enough unsweetened almond milk to cover all the ingredients with the leaves compressed. This probably makes two servings but I'm a growing boy so I guzzle the lot.

Mine are from Dutch Passion, purchased through Seedsman. I am happy with it. Going to cross breed it with Alaskan Thunderfuck and get some Durban Thunderfuck or some Alaskan Poison (not sure what i will call it).

The juice is a way of getting the acid cannabinoids that are available in raw form. For example, THCA and CBDA are the precursors to THC and CBD in raw form, but they turn into THC and CBD when decarboxylated. The acid forms have anti-inflammatory potential and act to regulate the immune system. The endocannabinoid system has receptors that benefit by being exposed to all forms of the plant.

I can't make any guarantees that it is beneficial, but I figure why not try it. Most people would trash trimmings anyway. Why not make a smoothie or great tasting juice? I don't see it being any different than juice or smoothies made with other greens like spinach or kale.

Look up Dr. William Courtney. He has a ton of great info on the health benefits of juicing. Cheers!

Thanks, PW! I'm excited to get her planted when she has a few more roots. If the rest pop roots as well as she has, I can get a nice SOG going.
