You know what Squig...I don't have a good answer for you other than I can literally feel what I am doing to them. I feel safer that way and it helps with aiding the end goal of a heavy crop. I don't have any other answer for you other than that. Hold on while I go look up what feck all means.....

I'm just gonna put that there for everyone else...

OK I'm back...yes you do produce some fucking nice bonsai looking plants! Always so curiously, differently, amazingly beautiful-always happy to see you here and know you are listening to the calming sounds of your notification bells singing like the angels in A Christmas Story every time Krissi drops a comment
I personally think proper hst gives you those stronger elbows for bud support. Just my experience. I also like to feel what I’m doing too Krissi. Very interested to watch your grow. Very well written. What do u like to keep ur humidity at in mid veg. Jw as ur grows are beautiful.

:welcome:

Getting this journal started with just a quick hey there and hello and a brief what's cooking good looking...

Next weekend I will be germinating a Gorilla Glue Super Lemon Haze feminized seed amongst others.

This grow will run concurrently with another new grow and two other grow journals that will also be starting up to replace the ones I have existing. All new journals will be linked to the final pages of my current journals.

I am blessed to have 4x sponsorship support on these next grows but to adhere to sponsorship guidelines, I am splitting this next chapter into 3 separate journals.

@Prescription Blend will be the only sponsor mentioned in all 3 journals. The seed from this grow is from i49 seed bank and the image following this introduction is courtesy of i49 seeds.

Here's a little on the strain and when the time comes closer, I'll give you all the big strain info and grow set up run down...

The strain: Gorilla Glue Super Lemon Haze

Phenotype: Photoperiod

Genetics: Mostly Indica but plant characteristics are that of a Sativa

Noteable: Very potent, one punch packing, psychoactive

I look forward to having you all follow along!

I am in the process of compiling a tag list and all of you will be tagged when I come back here to finalize the start of this journal!

Happy growing everyone, get ready, GGL is coming to a feed near you!
I'll be pulling out my lounge chair watching and taking notes while sending you good vibes for a successful grow :woohoo::goodluck::yahoo:

THAT Krissi is a plant I kill on a regular basis - every single year. Get one from the Depot, hang that bad boy up and it just gets long, lanky, then dies. North window, south window, living room table - doesn't matter. Girl, Ive even killed cactuses and venus fly traps.

Me + soil = DEATH

Thanks for sharing! Recently, I’ve been studying vpd and trying to hone in on the best temp./ RH. Currently running 80F/68% for veg. But I have to factor in the strength of my lights, now, I’m considering lowering my Rh closer to urs lol but my girl in this environment is in early Veg. I just try to find that sweet spot by how well my plants appear to be praying but have been recently running my Rh a lil higher in accordance with the vpd charts. Do you have any thoughts on this?

The higher the better at this early seedling stage

How old is she?

Why do you say "appear to be"

One thing I have learned is that experience and your plant tell you a lot more than a chart ever will.

I have been experimenting with lower RH numbers, even in flower and have found that adjusting a little lower in each veg and flower has proven to give me denser, more trichomed nugs

She is 24 days from germination. I don’t know why I used the words “appear to be” lol. I agree on the experience and lower humidity for denser buds. This helps me a bunch. Sometimes I tend to over analyze numbers too much when I need to just be paying attention to my girls as is lmao. Thank you so much for your time Krissi!

Anytime Sim...you know there are just so many different ways and things that people "swear by" in terms of all things growing...I just found that it is literally different for every plant, every grow and with every grower. If you are conscious enough and adapt to the way your girls look and "listen" to what they tell you (as asinine as that may sound to some-I know it's not the first time those words have left my mouth), you will have a successful grow. I am running at 50-54% humidity in my flower tent right now and even my week 1 veg, a G-13 photo, is loving it...she sits in around 58-60% outside of the tent at night-I think she likes the balance. I also have her on 10/14 for the first time instead of 12/12...she pre flowered within 5 days...
